Yes, 91 on aki rating is about 95 on RON
Well, being in that water at that particular depth, I think everyone is now female.
3ft water lol
where do you even find anything less than 91(AKI) Only ones you get here are (in RON) 95E10, 98E5, and shell v-power 99+, or RE85
USA and Canada. we have 87-91 usually. our octane ratings are done differently, and are consistently about 5 points lower than yours for the same fuel Shell V-Power is 93 here
no way
Replace the fuel filter if you haven't, and use 91 octane gas. Alternatively, drive like a grandma :v:
I always drive easy. No hard braking, no flooring, it just hurts the car and gas mileage. And I don't think the price of 91 will outweigh the small fuel mileage benefit that it provides. (And btw, my car was acting really strange when I tried 91 in it, it was idling really bad and it seemed like it wanted to stall at times. Went back to normal with 87) [editline]23rd February 2013[/editline] Also the jetta gets what, 27 mpg highway/18 mph city? That's not that bad. Are you driving over tons of hills? Or is your area flat?
new jetta gets 24 city I think. not sure about the older ones pretty pathetic mileage for an I4 any way you look at it, 18 city is the sort of mileage you'd expect out of a real thirsty v6 or a real average v8
I put 91 octane because 87 makes chips with my pistons :downs:
Eh, I need to get the right highbeam fixed on the Cavalier to pass the safety inspection. I'll have to see if a friend could help.
3ft water lol
Right around testicle height.
Only 1/2 tank in a week? gas hog? go suck a tail pipe.
Jetta gets 21 highway sweetie
That's pitiful for the kind of car it is.
Sorry I've taken so long to get back. But...
Right around testicle height.
Took a while to get them back down. REALLY fucking tight

man it's $20 in parts and half an hour worth of work why do you even bother bringing it to a shop for that
So the Autozone lug nuts I bought for the winter wheels is already rusting. I didn't even know it was something I had to keep an eye on. It hasn't even been three months... [t]http://dl.dropbox.com/u/26102300/misc/2013-02-23%2016.39.53.jpg[/t] :v:
Yep, China stuff for you. You don't buy lug nuts from Autozone anyway...
Good lord and I thought my shop overprices things Engine and cabin air filter + fuel filter at my shop costs ~150 bucks max, and that's still overpriced as shit
Should only cost at max 50$ for these and miss easy to change of them. And saying you pay 90$ a hr to some one to change those, it should only take them 30min to do it. So IMO 150$ would not be a bad price to do those things. Also Banana Lord buy your own shit @ rockauto. Mann Filters.
I have 2 cars right now: 94 Corolla DX, complete with a scumbag engine that decided my birthday (with a loaded car) was a great day for a rod knock... Since it's the higher trim and all of the corollas that year are losing engines at once, I've yet to track down a replacement. 97 Audi A8 Quattro, the complete Audi package: it breaks all the time, has super expensive parts, and average service at dealers/shops. The latest Audi- er... issue it's doing is a mysterious fuel washing problem wherein it cranks, runs about 2 minutes, then shuts off and cranks but won't start for a day or so while it dries. I guess cars hate me? v:v:v

Because German! [editline]fdjgnfg[/editline] You have the 2.8L hue hue hue Engine Buddies.
Note: 2005 Dodge Caravans handle amazing off road. Couple hundred yard long trail through 6 inches of snow back to a fire last night, snow tires and full throttle just ate it up.
Did it again tonight. And all next weekend. And yeah, and 84 year old woman walks in to a shop, of course they're going to multiply the total cost by her age.
