Well, fine. Have it your way.
All I hear is... "YOU NEED TO DRIVE SLOWER" "YOU NEED TO BUY A SLOW CAR NO MORE FAST CARS" "YOU'RE GOING TO GET IN ANOTHER ACCIDENT" "BUY A TANK"
my parents are both terrible drivers. my mom floors it at every opportunity and every time my dad drives my car for more than 20 miles or so I end up having to change my brakes. I don't know how they do it.
Girlfriends dad got hit today by a comcast work van. Luckily he was driving his ridiculous tank of an SUV a Ford Expedition. Guess he was right of his claims if he was in an accident he was going to win. Probably could have avoided it in something smaller and more nimble.
Guys. I just bought a used 2006 Volvo S40 2.4L Auto, FULLY LOADED, well mostly. Only 95,500 miles. So excited. Got it for a decent price lower than what they were asking so I'm happy. I should get it by the middle of next month. A huge upgrade from my POS Buick from my me-maw, but any car is better than none. New Vovlo! It does have a small dent on the front left fender, does anyone know how to get it fixed for relatively cheap? Also does anyone own one of these cars or something similar with any knowledge about anything I should worry in the near future?
Do you guys know any reliable sites for VW parts? (specifically Jetta) I'm looking for a replacement washer fluid pump, I'd like to get some prices on them (friend is coming over to verify it's the pump tomorrow, just being prepared because nothing is leaking or frozen and it's been 50+ degrees for a few days now)
Rockauto you noob. Or if you wanna pay out the ass ask pacifically "DP I wanna pay out the ass for my shit, what websites do you get your audi parts from?" If its small you cal call up your local PDR company's and get a appointment. PDR = Paintless Dent Repair
A Chevy Tahoe ran a stop sign and made me crash into a pole today :/ He took off after I slid in the ditch. Unfortunately my camera switched and started recording another clip so there's a slight gap right before I avoid the driver.
what a bitch
So my mom spotted a Tesla Model S on the way home from work today. About this time last year, she saw a Bugatti Veyron when she was driving in to work.

I have big hands but the dent isn't that big and seems like it could be easily removed.
The car. is. ruined.
I'd say it's totaled. Sorry, guy, you should have seen it when you bought it.

"He took off after I slid in the ditch."
Too bad you didn't get a view of his license plate. :\

Also give your bumper a look over, it looks like it came out of its plastic holder clips.
RIP random Camaro on the way home from work tonight.
Well guys I'm off to look at my replacement for the Suburban tomorrow. http://syracuse.craigslist.org/cto/3642991504.html I'll be repainting everything to black and fixing her up over the coming months assuming the frame is good. If the frame is good I am leaving a deposit and going back with the rest of the money later this week.
Oh my. That is awful. He couldn't even keep his tires filled properly?
Oh my. That is awful. He couldn't even keep his tires filled properly?
You'd be surprised at how many people are shit at keeping their tires properly inflated. A lot of people go "durr tire needs air", inflate it a random amount, and do the good ol' tire kick test and call it good
I'm 2 days away from getting fired by the shithead company that I work for, and I was sitting stationary at a stoplight when somebody in a Rav 4 torpedoed into the back of the work van. Karma is a bitch! Seriously, I have beat this shitbox van to death in the time I've been working for these people. I bent bumpers with someone in traffic, caught some air pounding over shitty bridges in the country, drifted through somebody's yard dodging a telephone pole in the ice, busted a headlight and turn signal...somehow, used it to run loads of scrap metal after hours, used it to haul engines/transmissions/axles/leaf springs/etc, did doughnuts in parking lots, bumped it into dumpsters for fun, and haven't changed the oil for 15,000 miles. Fuck these people, fuck their stupid van, and I'm sorry that guy didn't hit it at 60 so nobody else would ever have to drive it again.

Had some guy come in saying "I think my tires a little flat" It was at 4 psi 4 psi [editline]26th February 2013[/editline] Working at a quick lube shop is so much fun :v:
Maaan, 4psi doesn't even register on my gauge lol

Most people here check their tire pressure when changing to winter tires and when changing back to summer tires I check my pressures like twice a month in the winter, drop it to ~32psi when it's snowy and ~36psi when it's icy [editline]27th February 2013[/editline] and because the outside temp jumps between -25c and 0c a lot the pressures change quite a bit too
