lowering limits is for munnie, tax collectors (aka cops or aeroflop) have a better chance at harassing the fuck out of you. A lot of street in my town used to be 50 and 70kmh... When cars where boat and had drum brakes ON ALL FOUR. yet, today with our more light, better braking/handling cars, we get those same limits down 40 and 50, how retarded is that: Hurr durr security: NO FUCK YOU, stop listening to the fucking tv where they have nothing to do but bash on everything like "omg a kid was retarded today and hit a parked car, speed kill hurr durr". it might also have something to do with people being distracted by everything and not assuming their drivers responsabilities but SHhhhhh.
I find old drivers(30-50) worse than young ones nowadays. They put a new stop sign in front of my house since some dumbfuck hit a car we had in our driveway sending it flying across the whole driveway doing a 180 flip, and stuff. And the only one doing the stop are young, old people give no fuck about it. The only kid I've really seen be an idiot there with the stop was some fuck on a quad, my friend backed up of my driveway, that kid tried to do a wheelie instead of the stop, needless to say he got scared the fuck out when a 16 feet grand prix was taking the whole street :v:
It's like the ol' string around your tooth and a doorknob trick, but on a bigger scale and it's used for bad not good :( [editline]17th October 2012[/editline] To-do list for my car: get a new o2 sensor(s) so that god damn service engine light fucks off get new rims get a sri intake get an aftermarket cat-back exhaust replace the cat converter and camshaft sensor (apparently these are responsible for 90% of altimas breaking down/driving shittily) there go my next 5-6 paychecks :v:
Gut the cat and save...
[t]http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-LPl2WTq0MDU/TdpVdu1JuwI/AAAAAAAABCA/DBVB3XJoMD8/s1600/Speed-Hump-speed-bump.jpg[/t] These kind of speed bumps are a joke. I can fly over them at like 35-40 mph no problem as long as you aim the car right.
they dont slow motorbikes at all
they dont slow motorbikes at all
they don't slow me in my delivery truck either :v: fuck the ploice I guess
Loctite 3863
Thanks. Just hope it lasts. Also, just wondering but what is this rusty thing on my engine? Below it there's a tube that appears to be going into the heater core. [t]http://i.imgur.com/jXbIp.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/NPsfy.jpg[/t]
I have dish out $800 in repairs in order for my new car to pass an insurance inspection. Basically my whole break system is shit, and I need a new windshield. And that price does not include the front breaks which will cost another $50 just to un-seize the caliper so they can inspect the pads/rotor, and then I will probably need new rotors/pads on top of that.
That appears to be some sort of EGR solenoid, Adam.

I want to do some kind of major engine repair on a car that is easy enough to figure out and doesnt require a crazy amount of tools. Would a good place to start be an overheating problem?
quick everyone start posting so we can get to page 100 in 120 days
you son of a bitch
quick everyone start posting so we can get to page 100 in 120 days
why is this a thing

why do I doubt this.

No need to know someone to know that anything can happen during a test.
because you don't know me? [editline]18th October 2012[/editline] bitch
How many rights make a block?
How many rights make a block?
you can't make a block out of rights. A block is a unit of measurement to allocate land. It's generally one square 1/8th mile. In earlier built cities out east, it can be as little as 1/20th of a mile.
That appears to be some sort of EGR solenoid, Adam.
You're right, thanks.
2000 Honda S2000 AG1, 37k miles, $16k, no warranty vs 2007 Honda S2000 AG2, 27k miles, $22k, Honda Certified warranty Both are silver, manual, and in nearly perfect shape. Which would be better? I'm leaning to the AG2 because they are supposed to be more reliable, and less squirelly, plus the warranty.
That depends, do you have $20 grand?
It's AP1/AP2, not AGx. I'd recommend the AP1, since it has a tighter suspension feel and just runs out better. The AP2 is soft and meh. Then again, I would never in a million years recommend an S2000 if it is to be a DD. They are too cramped, no boot space, terrible economy, and expensive to ensure.
It's not a DD, my dad wants a convertible 2 seater, because he drives a boring truck for his work runs. He has a Honda Pilot, I drive the Toyota Avalon. [editline]18th October 2012[/editline] He'd rather have an S2000 over a Porsche because he loves Honda reliability, and it's less common than a Boxster. [editline]18th October 2012[/editline] These are from dealerships, not individual sellers, so we'd put a $5k down payment. [editline]18th October 2012[/editline] We test drove the AP1 today and liked it, but both of us are pretty iffy on having no warranty, even though it's in great shape. I mean, it is a twelve year old sports car. 1 previous owner, a woman.
