Do they at least include NORMAL Halogen bulbs, or shitty Blue painted ones like they used in the picture? Can't stand all kids I see around my area who's headlights are dimmer than my turn signals due to cheap Coated halogen bulbs. "Buts it blue like hid yo".
No idea. If they're shitty I can always buy my own. I know what proper halogens look like and will easily tell if they're shit. That all matters on if I should be dropping $150 on lights, and when I'm not sure my timing belt has been changed since the car rolled out of the factory, the answer is no
That's a good price on lights. My Aftermarket OEM replicas were $340 for a set, even my old Chinese Halo-projector junk ones were $275. But Mind you, My car is a brand new car.
Well with a limited budget I want to ensure the long-term mechanical stability of my car before I go changing lights out and slapping spoilers on.
True enough. Sad part is your car's probably still more reliable than my GM made junk..... I got yet another check engine light today.
Go in town to pick up my car, apparently some idiot scratched my freshly-painted bumper while my car was still in the shop so I have to get it tomorrow provided that another mongoloid doesn't get his fucking claws on it.
well IDK I just had a clicking noise fixed in the drivers side front wheel, but now the rear passenger wheel is making a clicking noise exhaust is rattling too but that's minor [editline]28th September 2012[/editline] oh and idk if it's just because of my amazing 135hp i4 but ac makes the car shake not like violently but noticeably worse
neat, a kei truck in LA http://losangeles.craigslist.org/sfv/cto/3276949011.html

Check your crank pulley and motor mount bolts, if these have paint or marks on them that normally means that they've been taken off which could indicate a replacement. I got really lucky at 110k on my car with the belt just skipping a tooth on something at start up or stretching enough to set off all the misfire/crank sensor off codes. Also, if you're looking into a HID kit you should take a look at ddmtuning.com I've heard nothing but good things about them. I want to grab a kit for them but I still have the set of ballasts that a buddy of mine bought for his Prelude back in 09. However for some reason despite killing one of my 6k bulbs; between my car and a buddy's killing 4 ebay ballasts the two original ballasts he traded off to me still survive in my car to this day.. Ebay HID kits are occasional hit and normally miss with most ballasts being bulb killers or dying and taking a bulb with them. DDM from what I've heard have a fairly good record with warranties which are all lifetime warranties on their HID kits.
DDM Tuning only makes "ok" stuff, but they have one of the best warranties out there. I've had 3 sets of ballasts from them that died after 6 months of use, but they always replaced them no questions asked. My Peive with them, was they only have like 3 bulb temperatures, but re-label/sell them as many more. My 4500K bulbs from them were actually more blue than 6000K bulbs I bought. WTF is that about!? I personally use OEM/high(er) quality Products from www.theretrofitsource.com, but I did a Full retrofit (Using OEM spec Philips 85122+ 4200K bulbs in Infinity FX-45 Projectors, and Matsushita Ballasts). They do offer AMP based Ballasts Though, (For plug and play setups).
splodin tire
At that point I would be definitely be thinking about leaving the room.
the kit I'm looking at is made by depo and run for around $200 also motor mounts seem to be fine since it doesn't move when I specifically try moving the engine. could be lose but I think its just cause ac's are pretty huge power drains, and on an i4 it's noticeable the shaking isn't like violent but its noticeable. but not anywhere near bad enough to fear my mounts are going
Today, I learned that not being careful in a shop can hurt like a god damn bitch. I almost fell into a pit in my shop, some shitbag hadn't push the metal grate all the way against the end of the pit and I mis-stepped and my leg went down in between the grate and the edge of the pit. Ended up smacking the side of my knee against the grate, now there's a big ass scab on my leg and it feels like I have a bruise the size of a bowling ball
lawsuit time
Almost got fired at work for using my phone. One more "incident" will be the end.Time to find a not shit ass company.
Called the guy who owns the Mustang. He said he can dig up papers on the engine, and the only reason he's selling it is because he lost his license. I'm going to drive up and take a look at it Sunday evening hopefully. There is one problem, where can I get a loan for $5K US? I called my bank but they don't do loans on cars any later than 2006, or any less than $7.5K. argggg.
I had the same problem but i took out a personal loan instead of a car loan so I didn't need to have full insurance.

Today my "mini-boss" wanted to play all superior and say "Give me your phone I have been given authorization to confiscate phones if used wile the associate is on the clock." I declined and asked Who gave authorization. "Doesn't matter give me the phone". I sayed "Sorry you are not getting this phone unless you tell me who gave you authorization of confiscate private property." She got mad got me written up and her have a free rest of the night for making up authority. Another day in the life.....Fucking sucks when you have a hugefuck phone that everyone can see.

Been here for over a year, keep getting promised my 90 day review(7 months over due) and a raise for my position, not to mention most places usually give you a raise for being a certified fork lift driver(but I'll let that one slide(in WA state you have to be re certified for every location/facility, you can't take your certification with you)). I've given 110 and sometimes 120% every day, never been late, never missed a day, and I don't really have anything to show for it. :( Just another day in paradise.
I havent gotten a raise in over a year now, you all have no idea. We're supposed to get a raise every 3 months. The last time I got my 'review' I qualified for a $.50 raise which is unheard of at Subway... needless to say, I only got a $.25 raise. (I should be making ~$9/hr now) [editline]29th September 2012[/editline] Also, when country meets rap, you get Colt Ford
tonight was a driving heavy night man do I love having a car. man do I love my car. it's a perfect arrangement [editline]29th September 2012[/editline] so what the best shit to treat my windshield with so I stop having to use my windshield wipers every fucking time I go driving, incidentally? moisture seems to sit on it and dry up leaving all this wonderful shit I have to wash off every time I go somewhere or I'll be mostly blind
Rain x washer fluid does a damn fine job. Takes a pressure washer and a deliberate effort to get the water to stop beading up. [editline]28th September 2012[/editline] And I'm making $10, I should be making $12. [editline]28th September 2012[/editline] But at this point I don't even want a raise, I just want to go work some where else. I like who I work with, but the people I work for are, for the most part, incompetent idiots.
You've said that before and I made a fool of you then. Do you want me to do that again?
chill, it was just a question
