Should've switched yours on Also, when someones behind you with their full beams adjust your mirrors so it shines back into the fuckers face.

I'm just gonna put bosozoku fins all around my car so I can smash into people I don't like and not give a fuck.
Jocks arranged the last trainingday of the season yesterday, so we all went to Sweden and had a nice day! Here's my video from yesterday and some of the pics I took. Video: -incredible pictures-
How do you shoot such incredible video, is any of it color corrected or edited or something because the overall color and feel of it always seems so warm and nice?

Those scalpels will get you, i swear.
Stray cats pissed under my truck. Smells like fucking shit while working on my truck now. Time to bust out the air rifle.
Should've switched yours on Also, when someones behind you with their full beams adjust your mirrors so it shines back into the fuckers face.
or do what I do and slam on the brakes
probably just a nice climate videography is 95% vision/subject matter, 4% editing and 1% camera
I'm glad you think it's just the climate but that's actually pure editing and color grading :v: the raw footage is quite boring
No no no guys that's all wrong. Have your rear foglight switch to signal your Brake lights, backup lights, both turn signals, and both 50 watt rear fog lights (if equipped in both sides.) Shit blinds the fuck out of them... Especially if there up close. I have YET to find a trailer hitch that has more than 400lbs tongue weight.

Makes me want to go to more euro meets in dallas / austin... Soon..... also moar pics of meets and car shows, will be cool to dump the pics somewhere and categorize them and add tags to 'em.
@Ldesu why did you say you disliked supers?
Was in Seattle yesterday when I heard some extra rattling from the back of my car. The rear crossbrace is already rusted away so two of the four mounts for the gas tank don't do a lot of supporting and I substituted with heavy steel wire and chains off a kid's swingset. Anyways, the wire had broke and now the tank was bouncing about with only two mounts and to top it off, the rock pan under the tank had broken loose from fatigue and was pretty much sitting as a steel cradle for the tank above it. The chains saved my ass. Spent half an hour under the car trying to tie the broken wire back together so I could finish in Seattle and haul ass home. If there's anyone in Vancouver with a disc grinder, welder, and an impact wrench, please help me weld in a new crossbrace. I'll supply the steel.
@Ldesu why did you say you disliked supers?

A 1970 super beetle is actually really damn rare. However I don't like the super Beetle because of all the differences in the body. The huge tail lights The weird windshield The curvy bottom at the front The big weird indicators The ugly interiors. It's just... not Beetle-ish
(huh) personally, i like de sooper beetles. they're overall a better car really as far as i know, most super beetles are "IRS" (independent rear suspension) vs the old style swing axle (which is still technically independent rear suspension but i don't know i didn't name this shit). IRS transmissions use CV joints instead of solid axles. in a swing axle rear end, the rear wheels will "tuck" (positive camber) if the transmission is above the center of the wheel because of the solid axle. every time you lift the rear end of a swing axle car, the wheels tuck in REALLY far (there are little tricks to prevent this but that's not the point) and ultimately will cause a premature death of your swing axle boots from flexing them/squishing them against the frame horns (did i mention that the gear oil from the transaxle goes out into the boots to lubricate the axle?) and ultimately dump out your gear oil all over the fucking place and leave you with one shitty situation (and they're a pain in the ass to change). this can also lead to some really funky handling in, so to say, "bad" conditions (ie really bumpy roads, poor traction conditions etc), basically it's a gaddam death trap in the right situations. the front suspension of super beetles is part integrated into the front fenders, iirc they switched to mcpherson struts in the supers. this resulted in much smoother handling, a much tighter turning radius (yea, regular beetle turning radius is surprisingly wide) and all that fun stuff but *technically* unlike the beetle which has totally independent body and chassis, the super beetle front suspension REQUIRES the body. the stock engine in the supers is a 1600 dual port, meaning it's 100cc larger and has 1 intake port per cylinder (though still only a single barrel center mount carburetor, the dual port heads still flow better) as opposed to the 1500 single port (biggest engine available in the regular Beetles starting 66? i believe). there ARE 1600 single port engines but if i'm not mistaken the dual ports are more common (especially now) and they're really just different heads + intake manifolds. a lot of people like the single port heads on 1600s because they're more beefy, they can handle more abuse without cracking (1600DP heads are very, very prone to cracking or warping if they're overheated) but fuck those guys right? pfff uhhhmm.. Super beetles have a windshield wiper squirter motor unlike regular beetles which rely on the spare tire's air pressure to pressurize the windshield wiper fluid jug. i think i'm out of stuff for now but really the only "negative" i can think of in super vs regular is that the supers (at this age) have a tendency to develop a really bad front end wobble (especially at highway speed) because the front end is much more reliant on all those wonderful bushings and such. most people usually end up replacing pretty much all the front end parts at once because if you replace them one at a time, one bad part will ruin everything you put in so it's best to just replace pretty much everything and not have to worry about it - if it has a front end wobble, that is. edit: oh jeez page king what a shitty post for a page king. i feel bad, guys, real bad. golly gee now i'm really on the spot, oh geez, oh golly what do i do
Am I the only one who thinks we should create a steam group? We could use group chat n shit
.. we do have a steam group... http://steamcommunity.com/groups/FPAG
holy fuck i'm late :suicide: and join group chat for a good time.
turn it off of invite-only
its not a group if the people who want to be in it can't join
wall of text
Mine's got independent rear suspension and isn't a super beetle. I just can't handle the way they look. They got a fat front too.
