What pinhead thought drums were a good idea?
Pain in the ass to work on, but i guess they're cheaper
I really want to change out my rear breaks on my mustang to disc breaks but the dam kit cost $650.
I love my friends boss, he has the same mentality i have of 'time and place for everything' when driving.
Since he got pissed at my friend for going 100 down a lumpy 35 zone.
(wasnt really a residential area but still)
[editline]5th November 2012[/editline]
i just got an idea.
My aunts trunk in the civic had water in it from the storm.
I'm going to lie to her and say i need to pull all the carpeting and padding out of the trunk. (even though there isn't much in there)
Took some pics of the focus after I washed it, I think it looks suuper nice in these :D

What do yall think?
also, I'm debating whether or not I should lower it by like 2-3"..
Thanks Koenigsegg! ;D
Focus suspension tuning is pretty much perfect stock, you might ruin it if you lower it
[editline]5th November 2012[/editline]
for daily driving I mean
lowering almost any car ruins it for daily driving
I'm thinking about buying a 2004 GTP Comp-G for my daily driver... 151$/month for insurance till I pay back the loan.
Car has 60k miles and apparently has no rust at all. (No I won't get a 4banger import, I don't like em for my use, doesn't mean I don't find some of yours sexy, but for me they're a no go, so I can be a stuck up americrapcardriver.)
(It's also close to ThermalArc's ghetto :v:)

Why not a domestic 4-banger, or an import 6-cylinder?

Your Prix was built in Kansas, hyuck.

Yeah, you're right.. I've heard the focus had great standard tuning, but I guess the local tuner crew was gettin to me.
I go to the meets all the time and everyone tells me yoo drop that shit low camber hellaflush mad tyte lol
I s'pose ill leave it stock haha, but something is definitely making some bad noise.. I think it's in the suspension. It happens when turning left and right, and when stopped when I turn the wheel lock to lock.

SN95 is a direct bolt-in for factory disc brakes. Track width is slightly more than stock but that's an improvement if anything. Shouldn't have to change anything aside from the emergency brake cables to work with the rear discs.

No harm taken no worries, eh! And it's at 7000$. Seems to be in the price range for my province for a gtp comp-g with this mileage and mint body. Still waiting on pictures for all the spots that tends to rust and for the trans oil right of the dipstick.
Guy seems to say there's no rust under the car either. Will see.

That's a good price, usually an '04 Comp-G is around 10k in clean shape.

From the pictures I've seen the body looks perfect and the interior nearly looks new. Only want to see the underside & rear strut tower, gas door, wheel wells, and that'll give me an even better idea.
