le parc des laurentides est vraiment epeurant quand tu vois les semi trucker a 120 sur la glace/neige en sans jamais toucher au freins. truckers are the shits
Well I travel in it so damn often that nothing surprises me in it, accidents there and there.
I'd like to give a shout out to the fucking mechanic who last changed the Cressida's wheels: Thank you for tightening the bolts with the force of 1000 suns, asshole.
I'd like to give a shout out to the fucking mechanic who last changed the Cressida's wheels: Thank you for tightening the bolts with the force of 1000 suns, asshole.
well, now you don't have to worry about them coming off ever
well, now you don't have to worry about them coming off ever
;_; B-b-but there's a worrying amount of black residue showing up on my left-front wheel... ...and it wasn't there a week ago.
Lets not talk about brakes and wheels. Gawd I really need a Torqe Wrench... In 2 sizes. One OHMYGAWD big and another for normal bolt's n stuff.
Lets not talk about brakes and wheels. Gawd I really need a Torqe Wrench... In 2 sizes. my fab died to my car today. I have to manually unlock my doors now.. oh, did I mention its like 20 degrees (F) outside... locks froze a bit.. and I bent my fucking key.
had to top off transfercase lubricant did not have filler nozzle proceeded to leave massive puddle of AT fluid in driveway and all over myself.
aaand my key just broke off in the door. Fuck my life. FUCK. MY. LIFE. [editline]12th November 2012[/editline] [t]http://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/390006_4947193366578_1884650185_n.jpg[/t]
did you at any point think that "hmm maybe I shouldn't apply more force to this thin piece of metal"
did you at any point think that "hmm maybe I shouldn't apply more force to this thing piece of metal"
I actually wasnt even turning it hard. It just snapped.
I just need a basic one. All the ones I've used are incredibly innaccurate -even this digital Craftsman I have- and its pissing me off
Wat? I actually wanted one of the craftsman digital one's. There's a Harbor freight near me and there's cost like 22$ or somthing, But I want dat warranty so When I jump up and down on it I can take it back saying it broke wile tighting up a Minor bolt.
why would you jump on torque wrench that is kinda defeating the purpose of it never trust digital tools btw
why would you jump on torque wrench that is kinda defeating the purpose of it never trust digital tools btw
It was a metaphor....
Got the other pics of the Valiant! Now I feel all giddy, it's looking great I think. The interior needs some work before I start yelling at women telling them to get in my car. But at least it looks okay. Since someone said this'd get okay mileage I feel quite good about this. Once I've bought it all I need is a Confederate cross and a dixie yankee doodle horn! :v:
Buy it now, beautiful car. All I have to say, and Mopars are my interest area :v:

Its just really sketchy; I wanted a good digital wrench for my head bolts and even at that I can't use it
Craigslist is really pissing me off Can't update/edit the posting on my ad for a car I'm selling becasue I need to verify a phone number - a system that doesn't work at all. My tracfone doesn't get the verification call, my sister's phone subscription doesn't get any kind of phone verification either, and my dad's landline never got any calls when I put his number in as well. It literally, doesn't work for any phone numbers of anyone I know. So I'm stuck with an old outdated ad, and can't edit it, even though I've not edited the ad once yet. So much for them stopping "illegitimate sellers" from using it, considering it really just stops legitimate buyers instead. Shit pisses me off. Not to mention CL refuses to help anyone on the matter and they actively tell you to gtfo if you manage to find their hidden customer support number
i have a question these new tires i put on a while back i really don't know what psi i should keep them at so i think they're all around 35-40ish anyway one of them i've been having to refill a lot lately and my friend ended up just airing the fuck out of it with his compressor the other the other day to like 80 psi because he's fucking retarded it hasn't leaked since, but should i probably let some air out of it and eventually get it patched lol? i feel like it's so filled up it's going to pop eventually if i run over a rock or something. but then again i really don't want to pay to get it patched :(
in an unexpected change of events, I got the rest of my key back. [t]https://photos-4.dropbox.com/t/0/AACoaSvKf8aA7YVe8LfLA1y6tZ478KE6bqFUhao0WG1F7A/10/11823009/jpeg/1024x768/2/1352775600/0/2/2012-11-12%2019.31.30.jpg/p_ViUo5vG3EgRYrRLzKOAKOV7bziew9MHsgHWhq-kIg[/t]
idk what the pressure of it is exactly because when i try to read the pressure my gauge freaks out and it's obviously higher then it can read [editline]12th November 2012[/editline] no automerge fuck
Tire issues..... urrg There is just 2 things on a car you want perfect/in good condition. Drivetrain Tires With out those two your going to have a bad day. For the PSI at 80 you sir are causing more rubber to be taken off therefor reducing its lifespan. Lifespan < Tire Patch [editline]dgkjfg[/editline] What tire patch job at your local shade tree tire shop 15$? Compared to a 80$ tire in half the time + A 20% chance of it going BOOM.

They always have coupons for $8(3/8") and $9(1/2) torque wrenches My favorite ratchets are my Pittsburgh Pro ones actually, nice solid and lifetime warrantied like every Harbor Freight handtool.
Feels bad; the guy that used to always make fun of me at work just got his butt kicked. He was somewhat funny; nice guy actually. But he was walking in the wrong part of the city and got in a scuffle with some black dude. Almost kills the black guy but spares him to leave. Guy calls more of his crownies and gets my friend's face kicked in. Now I feel bad cause he showed up at work all bruised and battered. Face totally wrecked. Now he doesn't really make fun of me anymore. "Don't feel sorry for me man; it was my fault." He fell for the racist comments thrown at him and he yelled back. If only he walked away
Started watching Wangan Midnight but I can't be bothered to keep going because it's the full freaking movie. But if you love Nissans, Japanese car enthusiasm, and a good movie here it is.
Had a customer come in today, complaining about a low coolant light coming up on her dashboard. "Yeah so my coolant light has been on for a while now, and I think it needs some coolant." She points to her temperature gauge and asks "I think this has to do with the coolant, is this bad?". I look at the gauge and the needle is almost past the H on the end of the gauge I took a deep breath and just said "Yeah you probably need some coolant" People should really keep an eye on their cars....
Some Shuto Kousoku for when you're done with Wangan Midnight. Similar stuff with 80's/90's Japanese sports cars but there's like 5 or 6 movies.
I'm only 10 min into it and I am depressed that there is no giant octopus tentacle going for the girl.

Driving home on back road, 5AM. Kid in four door, D15 Civic rides my ass and attempts an overtake. You serious kid? I am in a GSR swapped CRX and you are going to try and overtake me in your RASPING-ASS bone stock civic sedan? The nerve. ...that feel when 5AM ricer beatdown race on back road. Mmmm.
