I doubt a spoiler is going to do anything for a fwd car at highway speeds and below.
Same amount it's going to do for a RWD/AWD car
aka nothing
[editline]21st November 2012[/editline]
is this some AA logic again where air moves the different way if you have RWD
As I said -- Spoilers are for high performance vehicles that are using the power. Not for someone's DD or street toy.
That's why I gave Ferretti's C5 as an example. That thing is designed for high speed road racing.
And... other things.

We're pretty much all agreeing here, but just being smartasses to each other. I really don't see why this hasn't blown over already.
Let's talk about something else, shall we?
Welding... might go attempt welding in a bit.
[editline] fdjgbn[/editline] Or now. Now sounds good.
I don't know why, but I've always wondered what would happen if you made a car that drove with the front-right and back-left wheels, or vise-versa.

Some early cars had only one wheel drive.

I thought rice was an acronym for race-inspired cosmetic enhancements and could be used in reference to any kind of car, be it import or domestic
obviously a 'rice burner' is a completely different term, but that's how I like to think of it

OH DEAR JESUS.
I have no idea what case that was but I had no other pieces for it...
Need thicker material to learn to weld...
i learned to weld in 0.9mm, p sure that case metal is usually way thicker than 0.9mm
also the setting of the welder is everything.
he doenst know what hes doing, thats why
It only had a feed velocity setting...
It was fun tho...
Alright guys I finally got a car!

DONT TOUCH MY FOXBODY!!!
Didnt go to scrap yard.
Probably wont buy 351.
But maybe.. Would be nice to have a start on rebuilding an engine.
I need help, I'm changing the rear brake pads on my Mazda 6, and i've been having problem compressing the piston, even with a socket and the cube for twisting the piston - the piston moves barely and the cube doesn't want to stay where it should be.
Thanks.
Got to see my old friend Andrew today after like, 2 years? 2 and a half?
He came out to buy an oil pan off of me for his 350+ whp D16A6 build I had a nice virgin oil pan for a D16Z6, told him he could have it, he insisted on paying me. Good guy. Sucks that I don't see him much.
He has a kid now too. A 1 year old. Crazy.

Today I noticed my back right tire is low. Hopefully don't have to replace it. Was going to hold it off for one more month then just replace all 4 just in time for winter.[/QUOTE]
I had something like that on the freeway last summer. It was the sound of a Nail coming out of my tire.

Just went to the store abit ago for a last min fast food... Was at wal-mart just sitting there because some ass hat decided it was a drop off spot. Floored it past him and proceeded to park were I normally do. Pulled the e-brake and slid the back into the parking spot as much as I could, than backed up maby 3 ft to its resting spot.
Got out er-body staring. Oooops my B Sorry my tires make lots of noise! I get my sandvich at subway and leave er-body be giving me the death stair now. I leave promptly.
ON my way back home a Nissan Titan gets on my ass and passes me. I'm like challenge accepted lets see how fast you can take these curvy back roads. HOLY FUCKING JESUS 130MPH GOING AROUND CORNERS? YOUR INSANE! Give these are some of the worst condition corners ever made in existence.
Next day gobble day...
That moment when you get 6 free tickets to Red Dawn from your friend.
Grab 4 friends, then while half way to her house, call the girl and tell her to be ready.
Movie = success.
and she digs my BLAZAR. I think we might have a winner here
[editline]21st November 2012[/editline]
Also, I would recommend watching Red Dawn. Great movie.
[sp]Its kind of like Homefront[/sp]

Not the best of engines, and too pricey for me. But damn I want that car.
[QUOTE=Herr General;38538863]A lot of people have differing opinions as to what counts as "ricing" a car. Personally, I consider a car to be "riced" if it has at least two or three of the following: a bodykit which dramatically changes the look of the car, a huge wing, a fartcan, unnecessary carbon fiber parts, and shitty taillight replacements. It also makes a huge difference in whether it's tastefully modded or not.
This is riced:
This isn't:
