Does how you grow up affect your view of other races?
Yeah, but race really is an invented idea. There's more genetic variation between different "races" than within them. Or in other words, if you had a classroom full of kids of different ethnicities, any given white kid would have more genes in common with a black or an asian kid than with the other white kids. So racial divisions are based on a very small and superficial part of the human genome

Tim Wise is a pretty cool dude
Nazis don't think so though
“People like Tim Wise are anti-white hate merchants…carefully selected as a front man by the Jewish deception engineers…He appears to be just another white male…But Tim Wise is a member of that very special nation–the nation/religion/race which owns virtually the entire media of the Western world.”
To say that there aren't races in the human species is so stupid it's hard to fathom. Have you taken a single biology lesson?
Indeed. Apologies for my previous outburst. I should really watch my mouth sometimes. Or fingers, whatever..

I'm Southeast Asian myself. Filipino specifically. Personally I really don't think all of Asia should be categorized into one whole "race". To me there seems to be three different types. Though, I do know when a hell of a lot of people refer to "Asian" they only refer to the Far East, Japan, China, and Korea. Some broaden the term to have it include Southeast Asians as well. Now, those are both different in my opinion, but they can be put together in a way. I talked about two types so far, and the third type that I don't really see used often in the USA is to refer to the "Arabic" region. Sorry if that might sound ignorant/offensive, I'm referring to those countries like Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Iraq, etc. So, there's three. Most of the time though, I just refer to myself as Filipino, and Asian for the bigger term, whatever it's called.
Though, that's all within identity, I guess this really wasn't the right place to post it. Anyway, I really don't care for races any more. After multiple instances of being ignorantly just handed what my ethnicity is, I learned to respect all people, regardless of ethnicity. I still find it interesting knowing where someone is from, though. Like, all White ancestry comes from certain places in Europe. All Asian people come from different places in Asia, or well, East and Southeast by what I see a lot in the States. All Black people, well, most of them don't know any more. When was the last time you heard a black person saying he came from Rwanda or Chad? Unless their family recently migrated to the country, most of that pinpoint stuff has been forgotten through the ages.
So, expanding on a topic previously mentioned, I was always furious with people when they called me Black, Mexican, Pacific Islander, without even asking me. It was a grave insult to me, it really jabbed my pride as a kid. I'd get mad as hell, but learned to ignore it over the years. I always ask where someone is from now. I don't really discriminate anyone, but (a recurring thing), a lot of Black people I've seen seem to have really mean looks on their faces. I've met some sensible Black people, but a lot of them just look like they want to hurt me or something. It's pretty racist, no other race really does that to me.
I fucking hate Asian Pride. This is coming from an Asian person. You don't see people naming themselves online whiteboy, blackboy, mexicanboy, but no, you see aznboy, oneasian, or aznninja, etc.
Also Zorus, the question is for foreigners pretty much. It's most commonly asked to Asians because a lot of them are immigrants that just recently arrived.

You have to be kidding me, pride spans race and everything else, there are a metric fuckton of people who express pride in who they are.
asian is a dumb term anyway, so much of the world falls under asia yet what does the media thinks an asian looks like?

I usually use Southeast Asian, East Asian, Siberian, Indian, Middle Eastern, and Central Asian to classify my fellow continent-men.
