Thats why I said according to the video. And I realise that it doesn't mean that only 400 people have it. How likely do you think it is someone will have a headache in England which is so painful they want to kill themselves, yet they won't be concerned enough to go to the hospital? We can't know the true percentage but I'm going off the best we got.
