That hurricane was weak. I'm very disappointed.
[editline]04:34PM[/editline] Why are you disappointed? I am glad it's not that heavy.
That hurricane was weak. I'm very disappointed.
What were you expecting? It didn't even make landfall. It just cock slapped the coast with it's rain bands. You didn't even get the worst of it.
Apparently its not going to hit where I am too hard. But Godspeed to you McNab!
What a bummer hurricane; it's just a wee bit breezy up here in the foothills. Need some rain, dammit.
I hope you guys are alright.
I heard NY is just getting a "Tropical Storm" warning - rain and wind and nothing serious. I hope I'm not wrong :ohdear:
I live in Atlantic Canada, he will apparently be here early Saturday morning :smug:

Fine down here in South Carolina. Beautiful clear sky's... Hot as a bitch.. And titties.
Goodbye man. I wish you the best of luck. Hopefully you bring a laptop so you can update the thread if you plan to be smart and evacuate. That thing is pretty damn close to the east coast and that means MD, where I am. I'm scared shitless too. However my teachers all say it won't make it to us. I'm in one of the cities of Maryland that's very far inland.
I live in Florida. Hurricane central. And category 3? It should be pretty bad, but not that bad.
Thing is, Florida is so used to them that almost all are homes are now built to a strict Hurricane standard. The same can't be said about northern coastal homes. It takes a Cat 4-5 to cause any significant property damage in my South Miami area. We didn't have such strict housing 20 years ago when Hurricane Andrew hit a cat 5, needless to say the damage was devastating. We don't get ANY natural disasters in england, it's boring. Good luck with the hurricane though  hope you come out alright.

If there is a home in Galveston it can take a hurricane because Ike cleared out all the weak ones.
op was a good poster
His last post was the one where he went to bed yesterday. Oh fuck.
I just hope his power is down for now.

Rest in peace OP :ohdear: Unless of course, your internet got knocked out and you're ok in real life... But if not... Farewell.
