permaban the troll but seriously we need smartness back and we need it to be able to detect ignorancy.
shut up and go away
Bush was terrible, for many reasons. But I have to say that Obama was shaping up to be the best president during the election, but after that he completely forgot all of the promises that he made. He even sent MORE troops in, after he said that we're going to pull out. I honestly think that he hasn't even thought about the energy crisis and what he's going to do to fix it, even though he said that we're going to go through all of those changes. And don't even get me started on the health care. People are just too stupid to realize that socialism isn't bad. At all. Just look at Denmark: completely socialist, and they're the most happy place in the world. Why do you think that is? It's because the government actually cares about it's people. Socialism isn't perfect, but it's a whole lot better then what we have going on now. I thought Obama was going to bring change to the US, but it looks like he's made things stay the same.

In my opinion that's a very naive assumption. After a bit of research Denmark is one of the furthest countries in Europe from socialism anyway. They have a very free market with lots of free trade. So in the end your analogy is based on a basic false assumption anyway.

I can understand why he did, it is something that would be awesome to accomplish, but it's impossible to safely plan around something like that. You can't plan on the completely unpredictable and know what's going to happen. I don't think anyone anticipated that Afghanistan would flare up again like it has. It was becoming relatively calm, but as of late is getting worse and worse. The war in the middle east is on that i think is going to drag on much longer than anyone expects. I think people have to evolve their idea of war. War is no longer two armies meeting head on in a certain town and fighting it out, until one gets pushed back. War has become a superpower vs. the insurgency. And it's tough for a superpower to win a war against an enemy that it has a hard time picking out of a crowd, let alone finding before an attack. It's all made harder by the fact that you can't profile and make assumptions. You have to have solid evidence before you go into a town and round up suspects and haul them off. And while i think that's how it should be, to protect the innocent, it doesn't make it any easier when you have people hiding among those who don't want anything to do with the war. People just have to get used to the fact that war is no longer a measurable thing like it was in the past. In WWII, you could see how worn down the Wermacht had become. And slowly but surely, they were pushed back, until the allied troops were in Berlin. But you can't see the change in the current conflicts. The troops are in the major cities, and so is the enemy. TL;DR: war done changed, and stuff.
He's alright. There's been better. There's been worse.
Every politician will say whatever they can to get elected. After they are it's not like they have to impress anyone anymore. All politicians are pretty crap, but I'm happy that we have Obama instead of old man McCain his dumb bitch of a sidekick.
By saying that you were richer when Bush was president implies that you are still rich today. Just not as rich. How big of a greedy asshole are you? What about people like me who didn't have heating for 7 years because my divorced mom couldn't afford it with the two jobs that she was pushing? I would kill to live in a modern middle-class home.
i have one of those
What the fuck is the Illuminati? Also, Obama hasn't exactly done a good job as president.
Basically it's yet another case of meet the new boss, same as the old boss. A lot of people don't realise that most politicians are exactly the same:

promise stuff to get in
get in
forget everything said during campaign
do what you like
Follow these simple steps and you could be the next president/prime minister/mayor/local councillor/student president....
Yeah, those lazy assholes, being laid off because their employers can't afford to keep them anymore. Buck the fuck up, you can afford it from the sound of it. They aren't lazy moochers, they're just more people that got fucked over by the economy, and it's not like many places are HIRING. [editline]08:32PM[/editline] Fixed.
Now I can't afford my $800 haircuts. Lawl. Just kidding. I'm fine with giving money to the poor, but it isn't that hard to get a job. I my friend got a job at an animal shelter a couple weeks ago. Hell, Gamestop is hiring here. Any job should suffice. Just because you only majored in subjects for that job in college, doesn't mean it is impossible to get another job. I know this one dude who worked for Sony but got laid off about half a year ago, and he still doesn't have a job. I don't like paying for people like him.
What the fuck is the Illuminati? Also, Obama hasn't exactly done a good job as president.
Don't ask, we just got the nutjobs OUT of here, we don't need a resurgence.
In my opinion, he's bad, but he's trying. He's is by far not the worst president we've had, but he's not the best either.
By the year 2012 you best belive that the masons are going to be killing us left and right. Level 33 degree's can kill you in the daylight for there WORLD POPULATION CONTROL. [editline]02:33PM[/editline]
This is why you shouldn't vote
Well you should vote but at the same time most of the time it doesn't matter those votes are rigged. I remember they had on the news when Obama was running against Mccain and they should the votes being rigged. Those votes were set up by the Illumanti. So either way if we continue to let them dictate our future we are going to die. No end of the world bullshit but we are literally going to die by the hands of the level 33 degree masons. Hell my aunt's ex boyfriend is a mason. That shit aint cool with me and now this guy wants my cousin to become a part of this group. [editline]02:36PM[/editline] WHY DID THE MODS BAN aviator. I want this guy back.
Aviator needs a perma ban. Check the TF section, specifically the robin "bro' walker thread to see what I mean

Where is the option of "No he is a not a good president" ?
By the year 2012 you best belive that the masons are going to be killing us left and right.
I know you're probably trolling, but 2012 will most likely be the time some cunt like Sarah Palin would be elected. It's unfortunate, Obama might only get one term.
Level 33 degree's can kill you in the daylight for there WORLD POPULATION CONTROL.
The population of the world will actually start to rapidly decline by mid century due to a heightened quality of life. Meaning by 2050, people in Africa will be living like how Americans/Europeans/Aussies/some Asians are now days.
OP: Those approval ratings sure do say a lot, don't they
fucking politics its like two mocking birds getting in a fight about advanced particle physics they can both make equally good arguments about particle physics because they don't know and most likely can't know shit about particle physics so all you get is two fucking annoying birds that's politics
Epic fail
Obama is a horrible president. He's a progressonist. His cabinet member said she admired Mao Zedong and Ghandi. Don't JUST blame Bush, yes he messed some stuff up. Obama is just fucking it even more.
How would you explain their power? Satan exists and God doesn't? Try thinking outside the fucking box.
Hope this hasn't been posted before, just finishing page four as I post this.

Obama has not done a single good thing for this country for all the time he has been in office.
