Who the fuck allowed banks to give out loans to sub-par loan-wanters anyway? The bank gave the loans knowing the people couldn't afford them.
Does anyone notice that the beginning of the economic crisis started with the Clinton Administration? And the Marines are just like any other branch they aren't the president's own little task force meaning that they are deployed just like the Army, Navy, and Air Force
Just read that somewhere might be from WWII sorry. Edit: I missread a part from the National Security act from 1947 which says "Such other duties as the President may direct."
The answer is greatest, OP, because he made so many tools in this country angry.
President Bush didn't get shit done either. And he is only bashed with humor, not fiery rage.
I think we all just got trolled HARD
Republicans should just be removed.
- Value of American dollar drops more in 1 year than in the past 4 years before Obama's presidency. - Troops still in Iraq and Afghanistan. - Health Care "Reform" bill didn't really do anything, at all. - Patriot Act still in effect. - Still no jobs. - Second greatest economical crisis in U.S. history since the Great Depression. Yes we can! CHANGE WE CAN BELIEVE IN!
As much as I dislike our current president, not all of these are valid statements. Sure, he could do something about Iraq, maybe just pull everyone out of there (we really don't need to help them much) and the "Health Care Reform" was pretty stupid, but still, you can't blame the economy on him, as you can't blame 9/11 on Bush.
"Health Care Reform" was pretty stupid
why
This is biased as fuck.
On it's face, it really isn't. At least, the actual facts he listed (as inaccurate as some of them are) and not the jab at the very bottom. Then again, everything is biased to people who think Obama is the epitome of a great leader. He can't even speak well without a teleprompter in front of him...
Obama is an abject failure, and I'll be glad to see him go at high noon, January 20, 2013. Avatar related.
Don't shit talk Obama, he might shut the internet down
Don't shit talk Obama, he might shut the internet down
Yeah, then get his ass kicked by hundreds of thousands, if not millions of armed citizens for repressing free speech on a scale yet unseen.
Then again, everything is biased to people who think Obama is the epitome of a great leader. He can't even speak well without a teleprompter in front of him...
LOL nice try.
Healthcare reform is a load of bullshit. I shouldn't have to pay higher taxes so that Mary and Ted who live in a trailer park in the middle of Oklahoma and leech off of welfare and the other systems get affordable healthcare. I can understand paying for those that need it legit but the Welfare system and Disabled persons system is so fucking stupid here in the U.S that any idiot with half a brain could cheat their way into getting the benefits of such.
It takes a while to fix these big fuck ups that others caused in the past.
LOL nice try.
Hey siber, didn't you used to believe the Illuminati controlled everything? I remember a thread you made about Illuminati symbolism in rap music.
Oh Politics. This is why I never talk to people about it.
People like the OP are why America is fucked up and will never get better. Some douchebag gets elected, takes advantage and credit for the fixing done by the previous president. Then spends years fucking everything up. Elections happen, someone capable promises to fix everything. Said someone gets elected. The extent of fucking up was too great to fix in a reasonable timespan. Nonetheless, faults get mended, things are put back on the rails over the years. Longterm visions look fantastic. Elections happen. President is blamed for not fixing everything he said he would fix. Mudflinging happens, asshats with big mouths and hidden agendas circlejerk about who can be the most populistic. Election turns into a popularity contest. The biggest douchebag gets elected. Takes advantage of unpopular measures taken by previous president, who's beneficial longterm effects are just becoming evident. Douchebag takes advantage of his position by fucking everything up 'because things are going great anyway'. Etc etc, and the cycle continues on and on...
Obama is an abject failure, and I'll be glad to see him go at high noon, January 20, 2013. Avatar related.
Pancakes for president 2012
- No one but the politicians got the health bill in effect we didnt have a say in it or didnt vote.
You do know how a republic works, don't you? Anyways, can you honestly say you want the American people deciding on such an issue? Our country is full of morons.
Who the fuck allowed banks to give out loans to sub-par loan-wanters anyway? The bank gave the loans knowing the people couldn't afford them.
Clinton.
Bush is pretty much solely responsible for the multi-trillion dollar debt we're in, and everything Obama tries to do gets blocked by republican filibusters. Then they blame him for not doing anything.
Technically, it's congresses fault for not reversing the damage that Clinton did with the mortages. McCain and Bush both tried to create an oversight for Freddie Mac and Fanny Mae (the whole reason we're in this mess), but Congress shot the overhaul down. (http://www.nytimes.com/2003/09/11/business/new-agency-proposed-to-oversee-freddie-mac-and-fannie-mae.html?sec=&spon=&pagewanted=print) Honestly, even though I don't 100% agree with everything Obama does (Healthcare reform was something I did NOT want, and I lean a little bit more towards the smaller government side of the spectrum), there's not much he can really do about the debt we have right now that he hasn't already done, besides hope the economy gets better, and it steadily has been for the past few months. He's doing a fine job for what he was dealt with at the beginning of taking office economy wise. And he can't really just pull out all of the troops in Iraq right now. EDIT: I'm really surprised nobody has blamed WWII on Obama going back in time yet.
We're all going to die 2012, who cares?
Mediocre president at best.
Mediocre president at best.
Care to explain?
I blame Reagan for the current mess. [editline]12:02AM[/editline] how do you know
You should blame Clinton.
Pancakes for president 2012
It's Rush Limbaugh with a pancake on his head but ok, better than Obama
Care to explain?
He speaks for net neutrality, however is in favor to passing ACTA which clearly violates net neutrality. And for the current mess, well.. he could do better im sure. but you know he, and all other politicians act on corporations behalf. but thats all of them.
It's not his fault there's no jobs, it's nobody has the money to pay for, or needs more staff, dickhead >_> Shit's going on all over the globe, and i'm not even pro-obama (Not even American lol) but you can't pin that all on him Also LOL! @ Google Chrome correcting obama as Osama x3
He's just the same as the past three presidents we have had. More power given to the federal government. The fed is more powerful today then ever before thanks to Clinton, Bush, and Obama. The only exception being the Civil War, during which Lincoln claimed emergency executive powers and essentially gave himself powers that normally only an emperor would have.
