It worked for me. Or you can get hypercam from hyperionics.com (its a screen recorder + sound)

I had no idea chords were possibly, actually, but if they were spread chords, then just whack down the shift key when you play the note you want sharp/flat and hold down the others, and just release once you've hit the note you got.
