What do you call a leisure club in Wales?
A sheep tied to a lamp post.
I went to Llangollen on a trip with my University to do some outdoor activities, was a nice town but gave a bit of "a local town for local people" vibe (A friend and I went into a bar where someone was playing piano, the person stopped playing and everyone turned around to look at us) and also there was an inordinate amount of sheep
I have some family down there, some nice scenerey.
Weather is fucking terrible though, especially in the hills.

I personally find Wales boring, I went there a couple of times when I was younger, I remember visiting Snowdon and Cardiff castle.
It was lovely.
In the right places of course.

Great place to visit around the summer.
Fuck yeah, going to Aberystwyth University, in September. It's a very picturesque place; coast on one side and awesome mountains and valleys a short drive away.
Went to Cardiff awhile back. I saw some castle, it was fucking awesome but that's about all I remember.
well, apparently There is a "Mafia" in a local town near where I live, Of course, I use the term lightly, I mean extremely lightly. But when the Welsh beat the English in a Rugby game they went round bricking and burning England supporter's cars.
Did they deserve it?
Welsh people only ever speak Welsh to piss you off when you can't understand them. Thats what I was always told.

I live in Wales (Denbigh) which is in a valley and built around a castle, so I'm about as Welsh as you get. Oh, and yeah, we have the most awesome flag, it's a motherfucking DRAGON.

You understood it? LOL
Friend? #retardedly#
Was born in Wales (so yeah, I'm a sheep shagger - although I only lived there for two years). My grandparents live there so I frequently travel over there from England. I'm going there this weekend, in fact.
To be honest, it's not hugely different from England. Perhaps a bit more hilly and a bit less urban, but going to Wales you won't see anything there that you can't see in England.
Not that I'm saying it's bad - I love Wales - I'm just sayin' it's nothin' special.

Dude, If you visit a "Very Welsh" town, I would advise you to not say that in public :S
Replace a e i o and u with y in every word and add multiple letters to speak welsh

pwnage no?
@rathat48
If you are implying that Welsh is mumbo-jumbo, It probably is to you. But the welsh language has hardly changed since we threw the Romans out. So if you are implying that it is "mixed up english" you are sadly mistaken. English only came about when the saxons invaded, and thats a good thousand years after the Roman times.

In my opinion we got one of the best flags n national anthemes.

Your not really a country, more of a principality.
The flag is ok, but personally i think the Union Jack is the best.
Bont Dolgafan (Cae madog) and Aberyrstwyth are both lovely places.

my aunt and uncle went there. They're cool, I stayed with them one time and just watched Black Books and Bones for like a whole week.
