There's still the Z cars...
those are considered sportscars.
Any suggestions in range of 40-45k?
I don't know what you have available there (or if you're using 45k pounds or dollars), but the Ford Mondeo(Fusion in the USA) is a fine, fine car in basically any of its trims.
I might not get my car resprayed soon because of this shitty weather :( also a lot of miscommunication...
Thoguhts on Nissan Qashqai and Nissan X-Trail? Driving my 2001 golf which is literally falling apart (last week brake fluid leaked out so had to get it towed and fixed. Nissan offers decent PCP deal on those two. So looking into options now.
Crossovers/small SUVs are turds
Crossovers/small SUVs are turds
Well, old small SUVs like the Explorer or Blazer are pretty great. Modern "SUVs" like the current Explorer aren't really SUVs.

Not particular fan of Mondeo or Ford's in general (Whenever I hear someone say ford - I instantly imagine generic brand, probably because the sheer amount of them in Ireland, even police drive Fords and mondeo's specifically). I am 6'4" (195 cm) tall, so want to avoid small hatchbacks too, my golf feels way too small for me.

Mondeo's biggest problems are rust, and that's mostly the two first models. Given you're tall and want something affordable I'd say a well maintained mk4 Mondeo is your best bet, unless you're willing to go into used VW Passat territory, but Passat's can be keen on rusting if not externally maintained properly (front fenders, trunk lid, bottom of the doors)

That's sort of why there are so many. They are a really good value for what you pay for. They are decent on gas, surprisingly well built, and are reliable. And since there are so many, parts are cheap. While being decently fun to drive even in the lower end trims, but that might be more of me being not used to driving cars that aren't trucks/SUVs or 90's ecoboxes, so I'm more easily impressed. :v: I will say, it is in no way too small. I'm 6'3" and putting the seat all the way to the back is uncomfortable because of how far away everything is.
Was lookin at cars for sale and found these oddities, never seen one of these on the road [t]https://puu.sh/xA9V1/4d2ca457de.png[/t] https://minneapolis.craigslist.org/ank/cto/d/1973-saab-sonett-iii-v4/6306527521.html
So I've got a couple issues with the Miata, and diagnosing is still very much my weak spot so here goes. 1. Low RPM squealing, builds with RPM and stop, comed back around idle. Almost positive it's just the belt, but want to make sure there are no other possibilities. 2. Engine vibrates more than I feel it should. Motor mounts? 3. Engine ticks, hot or cold. Not sure if this is even an issue, but would like to know what you guys think.
Oh yes baby Original E36 supertouring fender pieces made. I will be fitting and forming these on my fenders. After which I will create a new fender out of them. So it will be a single OEM looking fender.
[t]http://i.cubeupload.com/c4y6zs.jpg[/t] Took my bike in to get some work done on the clocks under warranty, it was only for an hour or so, so I took this beast out for the duration. I was thoroughly disappointed, it just feels fat, despite the evident power. The street triple was a much more exciting ride.
The only fatality in my town from Irma. [t]https://i.imgur.com/jWwCAMg.jpg[/t] Press F to pay respects
