taking turns at 50-60km/h, 80km/h on straights
and then caravan
20-30km/h at turns, 60km/h on straights
and there are plenty of spots provided for slow drivers to pull over and let others pass but of course the dickhead didn't want to do that.
Man, for something called a "highway", it looks a bit narrow.
it's a dump truck. that would take one hell of a tow rig
I bet you it will only weigh a couple hundred pounds more then a cummins or something. The issue will be your wheelbase and finding a 20ft car hauler or so.

most of the Maroondah highway is standard 2-3 lane road, it's just that small stretch that is this

Lol, some people live in nicer areas than others. I leave my Miata with the top down all the time in parking lots, I did the same thing with the Z3 and the other 2 Miatas before that. Nothing was ever stolen. In fact, the only time I've ever had anything stolen was when the Z3 was broken into, and I was just happy they went through the window instead of the top. It was locked. Tbh I'd rather someone steal my $60 car stereo than bust through the window.
Theres really nothing of value in my car, other than maybe the 600w inverter and a half decent set of binoculars. Its just more of a personal space thing.

pretty cool. i always think its cool how ECUs have a ton of stuff in them that is locked from the factory
also just got a bunch of cash... tempted to buy the aluminum TRD fuel cap for the 86... I don't need it, and it's totally pointless... But so cool...
ECUs are strange things. I think many of them are still only 8-bit computers at heart. Weirdly simplistic yet complex and robust.
Yeah I mean just look at the ammount of stuff I now have acces to.

Turn on the flying cars cheat.

they're oddly enthusiastic about that one

The Bosch 16Bit ECU's for 1.9L and early 2.0L TDI's are incredibly flexible when unlocked.
Outright wizardry can be achieved with them.
Scored a set of E46 M3 front brakes for 150$

Gonna mill away the top layer about .2 - .3 mm on both sides so it's nice and new again.
Even came with braided lines!
Is the rotors separate from the hub? Like Wilwood BBK?
Exonautical.
maybe short for exostratonautical???

Did you upgrade from the supra?
Figure I might start posting here from time to time. You guys seemed to like my AE86 when I first posted it about a year ago, might share some of my progress on it as time goes on.

When it starts warming up a little bit I'll probably have stories to tell. In the mean time, I'm taking it for body work on Monday. Hopefully all goes well. A little rust on the rear quarters and under the rear bumper.

Kinda wasted time, But I currently cant do anything else. Just waiting on parts..again.
I managed to get my Mini running couple of days ago, until it broke down due to a leakage in the oil sump.

Going to update you guys in the future about my little project.
1978 (I think, I haven't personally seen the vin plate yet) Mini 1000
998cc rusty engine
cream with brown marshall stripes.
yeeee
Mini 1000s are cute lite things.
Y'all are doing big important stuff and here I am doing simple things like plug wires, abs sensors, and door pins
What causes excessive engine vibration? The engine vibrates way more than it should, it's kinda scary cause it feels like its going to explode or something. Could a bad camshaft pos sensor cause this, or did i somehow fuck up putting the motor mount back on?
Last weekend I ripped out the headliner in the Blazer, sprayed more adhesive on it (it was sagging badly) and put it all back together. Took 2 half days to get it done, and the headliner is worse than before :(
