It's a good day lads

Shame it'll never pass MOT
Disposal fee is a scam, at our shop a company buys the used tires off of us so it doesn't really cost us anything to keep them. It's just a way to double dip. Its 1.50 here, though. Just an easy to make a little extra $$$ off people's laziness.
So my car has had misfiring issues for the past year or so. Last time it happened, I swapped the ignition coil from the misfiring cylinder 2 with the ignition coil from cylinder 3, and the misfire went away. Today, cylinder 3 started misfiring, so I once again swapped that ignition coil with cylinder 4's ignition coil; it worked. I don't know what kind of black magic is going on here, but I'm just glad it works :v:
Change the ignition coil altogether.
Change the ignition coil altogether.
Yeah, it's something I'm gonna do once I have the money for it. It's just nice having a temporary solution

Do what people do in my city. Drive downtown and leave them on the sidewalk or grass. Don't get caught. City will take them.
I just throw my used tires in the first unattended dumpster I see
[editline]17th April 2017[/editline]
I do cut them up in the log splitter first so they're not a danger to landfills. just don't want them in my trash can and sure as hell ain't paying the $10 fee
Vacuuming your engine bay is nice low-stress low-effort work that makes you feel really accomplished when you look at the result.
Any love for boats? My new daily driver.

Haha. $0 my friend.
Sweet ride, dude. What do you think of it, new car infatuation aside?

Seriously tho, if you're not fibbin' hard you have my new favorite car on FP by miles.
Just don't become a star of one of the super sick "car fails" vids, okie? :cat:

I love it. I had a 2015 Challenger RT w/ the 5.7 Hemi before this, and it's a day and night difference. The 275 pirelli's that come stock are way too narrow to put down the power though, so I'm constantly fighting traction. Pretty much can't go WOT below 45MPH. But it's a highway monster. The interior and technology are underrated too -- plenty of awesome conveniences, and super comfortable.
Also it's by far the loudest car I've ever owned or been near for an extended period of time. It sounds amazing totally stock. Videos don't do it justice. Very deep, visceral sounding rumble when idle. A little bit of throttle and you'll hear the supercharger whine. If you stomp on it, it sounds like two volcanoes having an argument. The sound is by far my favorite part (that and the acceleration of course).

Thanks. Not fibbin'. I'll try not to crash into a crowd of people at a car show. It's not a mustang so I should be safe.
And don't run for public office or compete in illegal street races
only aux, i don't have any need to play my personal music. the local country station suits me just fine.
I think we live in roughly the same area, and the only non-pop country station fades out once you get past Arlington, and the Eagle is rarely actually playing music during my drive times, so I need at least an Aux if I plan on listening to something other than the Ticket.
Anyone have experience with Harbor Freight 1 and 2 ton engine hoists? Wondering if I should go for the 1 ton or the 2 ton, don't plan on pulling any iron bigblocks or diesels but I imagine a 2 ton would last longer or something.
Trying to be cheap but I'm not wasting money on junk.

This is the exact same behavior that drove that guy with the newer Porsche away from our subcommunity. I hate it. An SRT challenger isn't even exactly an unattainable car, either. People shouldn't have to prove they have a car unless it's something completely unbelievable.

All I know is my dad had one and it was hilariously good for Harbor Freight. Dunno if they're still built like that.
Who's the thin skinned insecure Porsche owner

Just in case you think its an SRT-8 or something
[t]http://i.imgur.com/5kRTcII.jpg?1[/t]
a bit of a step up from an SRT-gr8

Manual? Think again! The only way to do an automatic floor shifter in a truck!
Running a reverse manual valve body, cant wait to bang gears in this thing.
That middle piece attatched to the pistol grip took me all god damn day to make. 7 revisions before I made something that looked good and bolted on.

It's still "only" a $60,000 car. If I got a slight pay bump at work I could afford one. They aren't that unrealistic. That's kind of the entire point of the Hellcat. Y'all are ridiculous with this shit. Don't mock people for having nicer cars than you.

Got my new to me wheels put on today, went pretty well apart from getting it stuck on the lift, now all I need to do is relip them and get the faces refinished and they'll be perfect.
looking for new tires on tirerack, apparently you can get pilot sport cup 2s for OEM wheels on an FR-S? that seems bizarre
also PSS are surprisingly cheap. probably going to pick up a set before the summer really starts

Steam cleaning is even better. You blow down the whole engine and you can pracically see all the dirt, grease and shit falling off from places you'd never be able to get into otherwise.
idk what you guys are on about anymore. Dude has a cool car, I didn't even know they were available yet so I understand DPKiller's request.
it's a hellcat, not a demon
also people on the internet are generally distrustful of people who post 'hey look at my nice thing', and most users in here tend to stick to older or more DIY cars, rather than high-tier new cars
[editline]18th April 2017[/editline]
also, mwsunder, post a dank burnout

i wish my car could do burnouts
