The cool part about the Lycosa is its macro abilities; I have it set to detect when Garry's Mod is running. When the Lycosa keyboard does detect Garry's Mod, it sets the L key to act as a rapid fire left mouse button, so all I need to do is hold it down and I can fire at a nearly infinite rate.
