I'm failing to understand how your families can afford all these gifts? The most expensive thing I ever got for Christmas was the original ps1 in 1997 when I was 7, everything else I own has been through my own work or the odd chip in from parents. This year I got a car seat covers and jump leads which was actually a good buy as my car keeps crapping out in the snowy weather :( A whole computer and what not seems extremely extravagant. My parents aren't 'poor' but even then I could never accept that much money being spent on me when I know other things need taking care of, meh rant over.
