I think she says something like "We don't have [insert noddle type] noodles here."
I can't really tell, neither can my parents I think it's a local thing.
It sounds like shes saying "We don't have [type]面食" but that's kind of strange since if you're talking about a type of noodle you only say [type]面. Because 面食 is a word that means all things related to dough/flour foods.

I don't really like the first song, but it gets better.
I got a Chinese language exchange partner! He'll be introducing vocabulary to me and I'll be sharpening his English conversation skills. Although I'm probably going to ask him more about conversations than vocabulary.

Eh, '我喜欢骑自行车' means "I like cycling", not really road cycling, just riding a bike in general.
As for 啊/呀 I'd say that adding them makes the phrase informal.
你在说什么? vs. 你在说什么呀? pretty much mean the same thing, but adding 呀 in this case makes it casual and when you add it, it's more in the context of you being really irritated.
Another example is 谁 and 谁啊 and 谁呀 which pretty much mean the same thing, but 啊/呀 makes it more colloquial.
As a rule (don't take my 100% word, ask a certified teacher or something) I'd say that avoid using them in formal conversation because it can end up sounding rude.
Also "啊?!" means "What!?" as if you're surprised.

骑自行车是我的爱好之一 means "riding a bike is one of my hobbies", xx之一is like "one of xx". But I would like for someone with more experience to confirm this to see if that's how someone would actually say it.
我的兴趣是在公路上骑单车 -> My hobby is riding bicycle on the road
or if you're trying to say I like traveling by bicycle
我喜欢以单车代步 -> I like to travel by bicycle

电脑 refers to a computer as an object, like it's interchangeable with desktop or laptop. Although it's not wrong to say 电脑工程, my tutor said that 计算机工程 is better in context.
