I love all kind of corn, but if you ever get a chance to eat fresh corn, especially the all white kind, sell your soul to try some, it is the best thing I have ever eaten.
Hey Accutane guys. Post pics of your face pre-accutane and post-accutane
Oatmeal
BLUEBERRY PIE PROTEIN EXTREME VERSION
So today, I was making my usual pre workout snack of a bowl of oatmeal mixed with a scoop of protein powder, but I decided to go a step further. So using BSN's Syntha 6 vanilla ice cream protein powder, I mixed in some blueberries and a plentiful dash of cinnamon. It was.... words cannot describe the sheer pleasure that my tongue experienced with each spoonful into my mouth.
So ingredients:
rolled oats
half cup water + half cup milk
Vanilla protein powder
Blueberries (I used frozen, fresh would be even more orgasmic i bet)
cinnamon to taste
Method:
put half a cup of oats into a microwaveable bowl/container
pour in milk and water
nuke that bitch for 3 minutes, stir, cook for another 2-3 minutes
Attempt to cool the oatmeal by blowing at it like a retard
Stir in scoop of protein powder
chuck a handful of blueberries in, stir
add cinnamon powder to taste, stir

I don't have any before and after pics that I'm not too lazy to find. But, I basically went from a mid-puberty face where I'd wake up with anywhere from 2-5 new pimples each morning (plus the ones on my back) to not having a single pimple on my body for at least a year afterwards. I currently have 0 pimples on my face but maybe get 1 or so a week (I took accutane 5 years ago).
The big downsides is that you're dried out as fuck for the entire 6 months that you take it. I couldn't live without some sort of chap stick/blistex on me at all times, my vision got a little worse because my eyes were always dry and I didn't use eye drops (and constantly looked at a comp screen.), you're more susceptible to sunburns, and apparently you can have some joint pains but I never had that.

sounds like a fuckton of work just to get rid of pimples
bros use some benzagel type shit if you really care that much, everyone gets acne if they're under 18 so it's not like you're the only one
You never seen hideous cases of acne. Accutane is the only shit that works.
If you get to a stage, where you have so much on your face and body, your body won't keep up. You cure 20, 20 more will pop. Accutane destroys.

It is, that's why it's a last ditch effort. Before anyone can use accutane they have to be recommended by a doctor who has already given them stuff like benzagel and all these other acne treaters.

I don't care what happened to your acne, I want to see your face.
Has anyone tried using fish oil? I'm thinking of adding some of it to my diet as a runner since it's supposed to be an anti inflammatory.

It disappeared, I don't know what you're expecting to see that I can't tell you.

He wants a before and after profile. He wants to witness the magic that is called Accutane.
Add a list of ingredients you should not consume that are included in some food products.
Things like High Fructose Corn Syrup and Hydrogenated oils.

If you are going to take any supplement at all cod liver oil is the best possible choice for general health.

Diet doesn't, but some researches claim that the androgen hormones found in milk could cause acne.
There is however no hard evidence that it would.
stop drinking shitty milk
Meh I used love milk like FUARK, but I don't think I handle it to well. Besides the shit you buy at the store is terrible.
If you can get raw milk, then you will be a badass guaranteed.
stop drinking shitty milk
Which is rather a stupid thing to say since Dutch milk would probably the best milk you'd find around the globe. We have the best milk cows and one of the biggest milk-cooperations of the world.
On top of that we drink a lot of milk and we are the tallest folk; some claim that milk might take a crucial part in that in combination with other nutrients of course.
Yes, we sure love our milk.
