I'll just add some more exercises on the other days :)
I drank half of a litre 2.5% fat milk and now I'm farting like a pro. I also bought peanut butter but I didn't realize there is such a thing as a raw peanut butter which holds 20+g protein per 100g servings. The current one I have serves 1.6g protein per 100g, at least it gives 61g carbs per 100g.
kinda defeats the purpose of not exercising so much
I thought the point was to get longer periods of rest.

I've decided to get some protein powder, what should I get and where can I buy it? (I live in Denmark so they'll have to ship there) [editline]24th March 2011[/editline] Also, what non-meat foods have much protein?
Bugs. Seriously.

There's just a shitload of calories in nuts.
There's just a shitload of calories in nuts.
so do most meats, other than lean chicken and turkey
There's like 140 kcal per 100 g in minced meat. There's 3-400 in nuts iirc. [editline]25th March 2011[/editline] more like 4-600 actually.
