Hell, say that to Ray Rice's face even. 5'8 and 212 pounds, I'd watch that. [editline]7th November 2011[/editline]
I hope it's a close game with Bmore winning at the last second with a field goal. That's how they generally win anyways.
The ending turned out so much more glorious than this.
Been awhile since we've had an emotional game like that. I bet Brady's getting flashbacks. Now who wants to say that Eli didn't fight for that last drive?
The ending turned out so much more glorious than this.
Yes, I'm glad it did too. The second half made up for the first half's sluggish pace.
I picked up Reggie Bush off of waivers for my fantasy this week to cover for MJD's bye and he wound up doing better than him this one game than MJD has done any one game this season. Why can't there be a Football Manager game? I mean a real Football Manager game, not the game that just had a 2012 edition released that simulates the military of third world nations.
Considering the Steelers lost, it's more like "Say that to Ray Lewis' face."
Ray Lewis would kill you. End of story.
Ray Lewis would kill you. End of story.
He would kill you and keep beating in your skull for another 4 years. Holy crap, he hasn't physically aged at all.
Daaaaaaaaa Bears.
Daaaaaaaaa Bears.
Bears offense actually outplayed the Eagles. I thought it would be more of a defensive struggle.
I'm happy the Eagles lost, because I think the Giants have a tough game next week against the 49ers.
I'm happy the Bears won, because now my girlfriend is in a good mood. Keep her happy, Cutler.
Forte didn't get me nearly enough fantasy points. Dammit
I hate the Patriots defense so badly. Come on Belichick, why'd you get rid of Meriweather? We need him! Was I the only one having flashbacks in the Patriots game on Sunday? Too much like the super bowl in the last drive.
why'd you get rid of Meriweather?
Because he was a dirty player and made stupid penalties.
However, we of the great plains have learned to fight buffalo with our bare hands, should one happen upon us. They teach it to us in third grade, alongside our multiplication tables.
You can't fistfight a ghost buffalo you jackass.

Why is it that the people behind football never tried to make it more widespread, at least, around the world?
Why is it that the people behind football never tried to make it more widespread, at least, around the world?
They're attempting to. It's like trying to force people in the United States to watch soccer. Still, the NFL did sell out a stadium in London for the Bucs 2nd trip there this year. That's some progress.
London is seriously considering trying to get a permanent NFL team.

Look at all the football clubs around the world, they are constantly looking for new and young talents.

Football is extremely popular around the world except in the USA and other select countries. American Football is only popular in the United States, Australia, New Zealand and Canada. Although, Britain is saying American football viewer ship is increasing.

I thought it was all Cricket and rugby craze there.
Australia and New Zealand? I thought it was all Cricket and rugby craze there.
It is. I believe American football is 2nd or 3rd in popularity.
London is seriously considering trying to get a permanent NFL team.
really? thats fucking awesome, that would be huge for the NFL
i can only imagine they wouldn't be that good compared to every other team... and wouldn't the NFL have to be renamed?
i can only imagine they wouldn't be that good compared to every other team... and wouldn't the NFL have to be renamed?
They'd probably make split leagues like the NFL and EFL. I mean, that's what they've done for Canada and Australia.
They already had the EFL, and it was more of a talent farm for the NFL than anything else. They aren't trying to do that again, they want to integrate Europe into the NFL.
They already had the EFL, and it was more of a talent farm for the NFL than anything else. They aren't trying to do that again, they want to integrate Europe into the NFL.
apparently the EFL is still going on
Fucking proud of my Bengals, 6-2, #1 in AFC North, #1 in AFC. And #1 in my heart <3 :quagmire:
Shame Paterno's legacy will end with a nasty stain
