Who's even more responsible are the people who hand her megaphones for her reactions, and thus grant her power. If she didn't have that power, people wouldn't feel it necessary to tip-toe at all.

I mean sure, you could make the case that Sargon being at that panel was the equivalent of baiting a response, but sometimes you've got to look at what you're being baited into doing and whoops, you've just undermined your own point by harassing someone at a anti-bullying panel. :why:

I really don't know. Anita tends to prefer speaking in heavily controlled environments and she's usually able to get the kind of audience she wants. The only time I remember her having to respond to criticism on the fly was when she was being interviewed by Stephen Colbert, which didn't go as well as she probably hoped it would.
At one point she may not have known what kind of audience to expect but after years of not having to respond to anyone outside of a youtube video with comments disabled (which is about as controlled an environment as one can have) she's probably grown to expect no trouble when she goes out to speak somewhere.

I know Anita gets attacked a lot, but I don't think blaming it on being instigated is an excuse. It sounds like Vidcon is focusing damage control on everyone else but Anita, who tried to defend herself by making the whole panel about her, then taking on twitter during the same panel to single out some one they don't like. It feels like her entitlement is clashing with her abuse, which makes everyone around her the enemy. What a hypocritical snowflake. Anyone else who acted like Anita would NEVER be allowed to set back foot in vidcon.
Is it really that hard to be nice to people even when you don't like them

I just want to tell him he's a good-mannered, well-meaning, kind, calm, collected person. He's truly an inspiration and someone to look up to.
I just don't want it to get washed away amongst some of the angry and hateful comments on his videos.

Because quite frankly, I don't think she says any of that because she believes it. I think she says that shit for the controversy, to get her name out. So she can get speaking arrangements, interviews, etc...

Keep in mind that for years Boogie has been dealing with a massive obesity problem and has – what I'm assuming to be – very low self-esteem. As someone who used to struggle with weight and self-esteem problem, that just tends to happen. It's really not his fault.

Frankly if I was him, I'd stay as far away from anyone associated with that side of YouTube in capitalizing on volatility in politics. Anxiety and Depression runs in my body as well, I know the feeling of being around toxic people who incite that function. It's best to keep around people who are chill and focused on working to build instead of destroy.

That might've been true back then, But I'm not so sure about that being the case now. She's already way past her prime, this is like the most significant thing that's happened to her in over a year and it's one of the most inexcusable things she's ever done. I think a lot off people who would've defended her in 2015 are going to decide it's not worth it anymore.
