He could be talking about Part 1.
In which case he's both telling someone to skip a part of JoJo and being unclear about it. Kill him twice.
king crimson worked and was explainable at one point but as the manga went on araki either forgot or stopped giving a fuck about being consistent which is why we're here
He could be talking about Part 1, which is pretty much just pre-apocalypse Fist of The North Star with vampires. You still shouldn't skip it because it's pretty much the most important to the story.
part 1 is every bit as good as part 2 though
I really like how the anime handled Parts 5, 6, 7, and 8.
it probably will? read the manga for the parts that aren't out yet if you don't want to wait for the anime to catch up
i like when goku showed up in part 6 [editline]10th April 2016[/editline] it'll probably never get animated
i'm gonna be sad if part 6 never gets animated because [sp]everything heavy weather and beyond would look great in motion[/sp]
i got to part 5 im only on the second arc and im bored. i dont feel like i should be bored but i am
i got to part 5 im only on the second arc and im bored. i dont feel like i should be bored but i am
Part 5 is pretty boring. It felt like a rehash from Stardust Crusader.
I think one of the reasons Part 5 struggles both in pacing and in how interesting it is is apparently the translation isn't great and you lose a lot of the characters' personalities. I have to admit I thought they were pretty bland but I'm curious to see if any better translations come out in the future. Not to mention a substantial chunk of it is literally just villain of the week with next to no plot progression.
they didn't have it available though the anime does basically everything better, at least in my opinion [sp]i've read the manga[/sp]
I thought the pacing of the part 3 anime after awhile was absolutely abysmal. It felt like it dragged on so much...but that's just me I guess. Also it doesn't do art better. The manga art is gorgeous.
If the simpler design is going to carry over to Part 5 onward, I probably won't stop complaining about Part 7's art.
I think the people reading it in the 80s and 90s got along just fine without sound effects. [sp]HEAVEN'S DOOR - MUST READ THE MANGA[/sp]
Of course, but as a show, Jojo's sound design is fucking amazing and not something to be missed if you're into that sort of thing. I'd go as far as to say it's probably the best sounding show on TV.

eat the jojo mango
i got to part 5 im only on the second arc and im bored. i dont feel like i should be bored but i am
you should take a a couple weeks break between parts, cause otherwise you're gonna burn out hard i read all of the jojo manga in a pretty quick succession and around part 5 and part 6 i got so tired of stand fights because they just kept happening one after another
i got to part 5 im only on the second arc and im bored. i dont feel like i should be bored but i am

you should take a a couple weeks break between parts, cause otherwise you're gonna burn out hard i read all of the jojo manga in a pretty quick succession and around part 5 and part 6 i got so tired of stand fights because they just kept happening one after another
True, that happened to me when I finished part 4 and started reading part 5 immediately, stopped right before the [sp]train fight[/sp] part. So I committed the most common jojo sin: I skipped both part 5 and 6, and started reading part 7. I got back to finishing those two parts a little later when I read the last jojolion chapter back in summer 2013. Now I kind of regret doing that since a lot of things from 5 & 6 got spoilered for me, especially the part 6 ending. So yeah, it's best to take a break between parts, or you'll end up skipping parts just like me. Also i love how DP is doing these transitions
[sp]Star Platinum and The World indeed are one and the same. Just look at that cheeky fuck summoning a taxi, not unlike DIO and his road roller.[/sp]
Also i love how DP is doing these transitions
seems they've been taking notes from satoshi kon's contributions to the 90's JoJo OVA (aka the best thing about that OVA) 4:40
-woops im late-

OVA Dio's World >>> Recent 2015 Dio's World All though I still give credit to the recent one because of how accurate to the manga Still, they're both good
I can't really recommend the OVA DIO's old man voice, he sounded like he was going to throw his back out whenever he shouted ZA WARUDO
It doesnt help that it sounds like they did all the voice recording in the back of a car.

Anyone have a link or reupload of that Stardust / Punch Out theme mixed together? I remember it being on Gilvasunner's channel but he has like 5 different channels and some of his videos were deleted and I think the one I'm looking for was one of them

And they had only one channel, it got taken down. :/
Friend of mine just finished part 2, and he fucking loves it. Can't wait for him to get to part 3, he has no idea what stands are.
I just realised - [sp]maybe the reason why Koichi is posing so awkwardly is because his stand will come into the pose and actually look cool later[/sp]
