[sp]Stray Cat, Love Deluxe, Satanic Coupler, probably also The Fool, Rolling Stones, Mr President, Oh! Lonesome Me, Sugar Mountain's Spring, Cream Starter, Achtung Baby, Wired[/sp]
Oh, right. Fuck I'm dumb, though I never heard of [sp]Satanic Coupler[/sp] [sp]I also thought Cream Starter was like The Emperor in that it looked like an object but was 100% Stand power. It's been a while since I finished SBR.[/sp]
Considering it's just some French station, they might also be wrong. It'd be a lot more credible if we didn't get it from some secondhand source.
Well, wasn't Part 3 technically split up into two "seasons"? This could be another case of that, only with the seasons being 39 episodes instead of 24.
Well, wasn't Part 3 technically split up into two "seasons"? This could be another case of that, only with the seasons being 39 episodes instead of 24.
that would make it twice as long as part 3 so no, that won't be happening
I dunno, I just feel as if 39 episodes is a bit short and that there's something up with that number. I have my doubts that the series will only last that long considering the original manga's length.

(Which is probably why it's usually 12 if it's a short one)
I feel like it's gonna be 48 episodes. The manga was longer than P3 but I feel like they could fit it into the same amount of episodes and it'd make more sense with broadcasting schedules.

(Which is probably why it's usually 12 if it's a short one)
it's not that anime episodes are usually divisional by 2, it's that a broadcasting season lasts ~13 weeks, so 1 cour anime are usually 12-13 episodes, 2 cour are 24-26, etc
I just started Stardust Crusade, where the hell has this anime been my whole life.
I just started Stardust Crusade, where the hell has this anime been my whole life.
Have you seen the previous parts? [sp]Battle Tendency>Stardust Crusaders[/sp]
Have you seen the previous parts? [sp]Battle Tendency>Stardust Crusaders[/sp]
No, friend told me to start with Stardust then to watch the ones before. All in all I'm really enjoying it.
No, friend told me to start with Stardust then to watch the ones before. All in all I'm really enjoying it.
you should go back and watch the 2012 anime first before stardust crusaders, the first 9 episodes aren't that great which is probably why your friend told you to start with part 3, but you still should watch them in order
No, friend told me to start with Stardust then to watch the ones before. All in all I'm really enjoying it.
Not really the best way of starting the series but hey at least you like it
No, friend told me to start with Stardust then to watch the ones before. All in all I'm really enjoying it.
Your friend is full of shit, you should watch it from the start.
-snip ninja'd by like 3 people- Shows how much people love the show, I suppose.
the first 9 episodes aren't that great
that isn't even true they're totally fucking retarded it's great
that isn't even true they're totally fucking retarded it's great
depends, for some people it's hilarious and really fun, for some people it's just dull
depends, for some people it's hilarious and really fun, for some people it's just dull
When I watched, I definitely had a feeling of "Well this is kinda straightforward and a bit boring," but that's probably because I knew so much about the later parts that this one kinda disappointed me. Still enjoyed my time with it, though.
No, friend told me to start with Stardust then to watch the ones before. All in all I'm really enjoying it.
Your friend is wrong and a deviant. Watch or read Part 1 and 2 first.
Owch I guess I will, sorry!
Owch I guess I will, sorry!
No worries! We just want you on the right path. It just so happens that the "watching things in order" crowd is even bigger and more vicious than the "wryyyyyyead the manga" crowd
No worries! We just want you on the right path. It just so happens that the "watching things in order" crowd is even bigger and more vicious than the "wryyyyyyead the manga" crowd
Speaking of that, once you are finished with anime you definitely should read the manga. Before anime gets to the best part (SBR) it will be 202x.
Owch I guess I will, sorry!
S'okay, buddy. We just want you to check out 1 and 2 because it makes the climax of 3 better. Plus, the events of 1, 2, and 3 heavily influence major conflicts and characters in nearly every part afterwards.
plus they're rad
Wrong place to start or not, this show never fails to put the biggest smile on my face.
Viz will also be dubbing the entire anime, Part 4 included.
Viz will also be dubbing the entire anime, Part 4 included.
What happens with the current dub? Weren't they gonna do p3 aswell?
I hope Araki starts giving the later parts the Jojonium treatment, it'd be a shame to only have it go up to 3
