You aren't a fucking doctor. You can't diagnose yourself.
How can you yell or throw shit when you have these "panic attacks"? Usually people are too overwhelmed while these attacks are happening, to do anything at all. Sounds like a tantrum to me.

You're missing half the symptoms and the only ones you have aren't serious indicators.
You're just acting a little bitch deal with it
Neither are you, I just posted the symptoms of a panic attack, and weather I fell them or not. It's not a diagnosis
But because you're "diagnosing" yourself, you are biased towards those events being a panic attack because you want them to be panic attacks and not something else.
EDIT:
Clear intense panic [Maybe?]
I think you solved this one yourself.

If my father wasn't a doctor, I haven't been through Psychology I II & III; sociology I & II and been through 15 years of visiting a psychologist myself i'd agree with you.

Go and see a doctor? Good chance he's probably going to tell you that those ARE NOT PANIC ATTACKS.
It's called taking deep breaths and calming yourself down.

You and almost every one else in the world.
Also, part of adrenaline is that time goes by slowly, It supposedly increases the rate at which your eyes take in images. If this symptom does not occur, your fight/flight mentality isnt there.

You know nothing of panic attacks. Hyperventilation is the least of your worries, It feels like your heart is collapsing in, You start crying, you can't stop your words, You don't get pissed off. You feel as if you were dying and nothing is going to stop it. It feels like the very air you breathe can kill you, I have panic attacks every few months due to bipolar disorder. Not self diagnosed. I have to take medicine to calm me down.

Real panic attacks are sudden and actual medical problems. They can hit suffers out of the blue, IE breaking down in the middle of a mall in sweat and difficulty breathing. What you are having is teenage angsty tantrums, IE "WAAA DADDYS SO STUPID AND PISSES ME OFF NO ONE UNDERSTANDS ME I HATE MY PARENTS THEY TREAT ME LIKE SHIT BECAUSE...."
Regardless, you sound like you have anger problems, you need to go see a real doctor and figure shit out.

Most people tend to "fake" symptoms when worried, tricking themselves into thinking they have a disease or something.
If you don't know what a panic attack is, it's when your body's flight or fight instincts kick in. You have a urge to throw something, or rip something up. Your head is pounding, your hear racing, and you're hyperventilating. The hyperventilation causes you to become dizzy, and you start coughing. Not a fucking pleasant expierience.
This is called getting angry. it has nothing to do with your breathing problem.

This man knows what he is talking about.
from wikipedia, again
While the various symptoms of a panic attack may cause the victim to feel that their body is failing, it is in fact protecting itself from harm. The various symptoms of a panic attack can be understood as follows. First, there is frequently (but not always) the sudden onset of fear with little provoking stimulus. This leads to a release of adrenaline (epinephrine) which brings about the so-called fight-or-flight response wherein the person's body prepares for strenuous physical activity. This leads to an increased heart rate (tachycardia), rapid breathing (hyperventilation) which may be perceived as shortness of breath (dyspnea), and sweating (which increases grip and aids heat loss). Because strenuous activity rarely ensues, the hyperventilation leads to a drop in carbon dioxide levels in the lungs and then in the blood. This leads to shifts in blood pH (respiratory alkalosis or hypocapnia), which in turn can lead to many other symptoms, such as tingling or numbness, dizziness, burning and lightheadedness. Moreover, the release of adrenaline during a panic attack causes vasoconstriction resulting in slightly less blood flow to the head which causes dizziness and lightheadedness. A panic attack can cause blood sugar to be drawn away from the brain and towards the major muscles. It is also possible for the person experiencing such an attack to feel as though they are unable to catch their breath, and they begin to take deeper breaths, which also acts to decrease carbon dioxide levels in the blood.
After reading that, you can see why I think I have panic attacks
Most people tend to "fake" symptoms when worried, tricking themselves into thinking they have a disease or something.
Trust me, after looking it up on wikipedia, he's just being a hypochondriac.
Look up a disease and read the symptoms, more than likely you're going to think you have like 1-3 of those symptoms.
