Lead with some outer coating. Really shitty. I know the feeling. Sucks too cause I was supposed to purchase like you and it was sold before I could. Anyway, I'm selling my replica wheels to help pay for repairs on my 240SX. How much should I charge on some Drag DR-35? Thinking I can probably score $500-600 on some small gashes on one wheel. New, they sell for $550 for 4. What do you think?
but those wheels are cute :<

I'm looking for a project car. Pacifically a wagon. But comes with or you can add a turbo easily. Does not matter if Diesel or Gas. 1: Audi C5 Wagon with the 2.7T with some kind of massive ass turbos. K05's? 2: BMW e34 Wagon. 3: Volvo Wagon's. 4: Subaru Wagon's ~Possible candidates ~ http://fortsmith.craigslist.org/cto/2955878521.html http://houston.craigslist.org/cto/3009750079.html http://houston.craigslist.org/cto/2969960064.html http://houston.craigslist.org/cto/3008063952.html Who and what would be a good start? I'm looking forward along the lines of German but tempted to others due to simplicity.
By Pacifically are we talking Beach Boys wagons?
My friend just said that. Are you from CA, are you a stalker
neh, i'm danish, i don't stalk people.
http://seattle.craigslist.org/sno/cto/2997733165.html If I can get this for $6000 and go 50-50 with my dad on the price it would save me a shit load of work and money as opposed to getting a car that would need body work. The engine in it as is hauls ass (340 with X heads (best stock 340 heads) and a 4 speed trans) and the manual only makes it all the more sweet. BRB daydreaming about car for the next week.
Sometimes life is funny. I saw a VTi on the local gas station the other day, and I started chatting with the owner. Turns out it's a guy at my age that lives 2 minutes away from me. Now we're buddies and we've been out cruising. I introduced him to the Honda scene, and now he's ordered coilovers, Rota's, CAI, new exhaust and some stickers for the car. Hate it or love it. Apparently he loved the style, and that's awesome IMO. The fun thing about this, is that EK4's are extremely rare here. I've only seen 1 other car like mine, and this guy pops up! Now I have a Honda buddy, just around the corner! That's why I love the car scene. You see a nice car, you go chat with the owner, and BAM. New friend :v:
Found a scooby doo Toyota Hilux sitting in a driveway.

I talked her into buying a set of TE37s off of ebay, but they were gone by the time I got back to the computer :<
What do you drive, and why don't you buy them yourself?
What do you drive, and why don't you buy them yourself?
I don't drive, I have a project AE86, I don't buy them myself because I don't need them this very second and I don't have a job. talking my mom into buying rims is quite easy, it's just ask and usually she would say yes if she has the money. [editline]12th May 2012[/editline] also Justin, if they fit his s13 which would make sense, they should be 4x114, but it looks like theres 4x100 pattern in them aswell or I just can't count. [editline]12th May 2012[/editline] actually scratch that looks like one of the patterns has five and cant count the other... :v

New friend :v:
Now that I have a 240 I know where you're getting at. Was about to turn left into a street when this 240SX stopped infront of me. The driver and I locked eyes. It was this beautiful woman, decked out with earrings and hair in a bun just grinning back at me. It's like "you know this car is sick" look. I have a feeling the tuner scene is already blossoming into something huge. Drifting is just getting a foothold here in the west coast USA.

I'm thinking of putting up an ad on CG to sell them today. Wonder what I should put.
So is it not actually true that rotas are shit rims that break or does no one care that they are shit?
So is it not actually true that rotas are shit rims that break or does no one care that they are shit?
ROTA's lately have been developing their own rims instead of doing reps. They are used in competition grade races and have known to be generally great. But be wary about other replicas of Volks and Racing Harts. You dont want to get into a super dangerous accident when drifting or racing because you wanted to save a few $$$. But the old saying goes for these things, "you get what you pay for." If I had the dough, I would pony up for real Volks

What's with the fucked up pink car?
crashed?
Yeah but why display it like that though?
Thank you car makers for making cup-holders removable. Disaster Avoided
Yeah but why display it like that though?
This was at Japfest and it'd just been on track.
My parents are getting me a porsche 944 turbo for my new car since my first car was a piece of shit, i'm so excited They also promised to pay for all repairs which is great
Welp, got my Chinese wheel here. Doesn't look half-bad actually. The build quality is superb for what it is. I got a generic hub and some weird quick release with it. I tried bending it the best I could but it doesn't budge, pretty damned solid. I'll wait till I bolt it on though, I can do the gangster lean test and see if it breaks. For sure, it isn't a genuine Nardi, Momo or Sparco but if it's solid enough for it to be on my daily driver, then it'll have to do until I get a legitimate brand.
lol
Not a terrible looking wheel but I've seen better ones at Autozone for a benjamin or so. You can't have saved that much on it. And if you did, and it's a good quality wheel, fucking props.
