It's official now gents. I'm really thankful to both my parents. Dad likes to rub it to my face too. "I'm busting my ass for you just for that shit box, don't add any more stress to my list."

There's a spot on the highway which runs through our town which has two onramps and two offramps within a 1/2 and it regularly comes to a complete stop merely because people can't fucking merge even when given a 1/4 mile onramp to prevent these problems. There's a problem when you have to enter the freeway in 2nd gear and could possibly still downshift.
Just drove around in the Celica for the first time, took it to town, got the title changed over, installed new headlamps. All is well. Had to tighten one rad hose, looked like it was leaking. Tomorrow I'm going to give it a good wash and go from there.
You've never driven a tractor trailer have you?
I've driven a 3/4 ton pickup with no powersteering, unless you are stopped on pavement you dont need it.

Rode in friends mustang He almost caused an accident insisted it was not his fault Clearly was his fault, proceeded to get mad at me for pointing out he went from right turn signal in far right lane to left signal and cutting back to the left-- without using his mirrors. [editline]23rd May 2012[/editline] YOU BREAK MY AUTOMERGE I BREAK YOU FACE
I'm faster than motorway cars whilst still on the slip road lol
Me too, even in my lil' 1.2. Slip roads are huge in Britain.
Found something I kinda liked. http://denver.craigslist.org/cto/3017056006.html Question is - is the guy overpricing it?
Still wish you didnt sell that good vette to buy a celica
'vette had bad motor and the new block I was supposed to have was cracked, nothing I could really do. I didn't "sell the 'vette to buy a celica", I bought the Celica and sold the 'vette to catch up on bills and whathaveyou.
I own an accord 98 (Same Model Lx etc) Anyway heres what your going to want to know, That car has done 164k now you need to know if that tranny is new or the original. If so 98-02 trannies are known to just go kablewy from 70k+ Miles. Working fine to just poop. Besides that it's a nice car i guess, I don't like what the owner did to it. The whole blacked out look is silly imo. Also the clear coat on those cars is also known to kinda just peel or fade off. Look's like that one doesn't have the issue if it's survived 164k miles and 11 years though. You should be good on that. Here's mine
Yeah, if you want that, get it. Our 99' LX had 250k miles on it before we totaled it. No ABS on ours though, I think they implemented it in 2000 as standard.
Hmm, that's not entirely reassuring I will contact the dude and get more info though
The only thing i'd worry about is that tranny, You can be completely fucked on that and spend another 2k on it getting the tranny replaced.
Is yours an auto or a stick, CubeMan? And is the problem for EVERY 98-02 Accord?
I see, I thought the vette's motor was fine, but I must've missed something.
I swore he posted pictures of the engine's crack [editline]23rd May 2012[/editline] http://denver.craigslist.org/cto/3032521884.html THIS POOR CAR
Is yours an auto or a stick, CubeMan? And is the problem for EVERY 98-02 Accord?
I think his was auto. It's a hit or miss tranny, ours lasted to 250k and still felt new. He wasn't so fortunate.
I think his was auto. It's a hit or miss tranny, ours lasted to 250k and still felt new. He wasn't so fortunate.
Hmm. I should at least probably stop browsing CL until I test drive a few of these cars I have bookmarked. :v:
