Geico is shit. Liability coverage from them is about $160, switched over to Progressive and now it's only $120
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Also dodge way to high to insure.
Okay, I HOPE this is an appropriate place to ask something, because I'm worried sick and I don't want to start a thread. What might cause a 2007 Chrysler Pacifica to "conk out" a second or so after starting? It starts normally, and then stops. The alternator was replaced a month ago, but at the time, my mechanic was concerned that the "new" (rebuilt/refurbished) one wasn't putting out enough voltage and he didn't trust it to last very long. It's under warranty, though, so getting it replaced again wont cost me. Could the alternator cause this? Otherwise, I'm fucked. I won't be able to afford the repairs if it's anything else. Edit: Naturally, it runs perfectly when the mechanic comes over to check it out, so I still don't know what the hell happened. Right now, the main theory is that there's something going on with the fuel pump or fuel filter, but there's no telling for sure until it acts up again. It's still running fine even after running errands for a few hours today. Hopefully it wont act up again at least until I get paid.
Geico is shit. contacted a guy about a 1970 super beetle yesterday, thought I saw some rust but he says there is none and that he just had to replace the fender (should I be asking why?)
contacted a guy about a 1970 super beetle yesterday, thought I saw some rust but he says there is none and that he just had to replace the fender (should I be asking why?)
probably. but do it in person that way he doesn't have time to come up with an excuse
contacted a guy about a 1970 super beetle yesterday, thought I saw some rust but he says there is none and that he just had to replace the fender (should I be asking why?)
A 1970 super beetle is actually really damn rare. However I don't like the super Beetle because of all the differences in the body. The huge tail lights The weird windshield The curvy bottom at the front The big weird indicators The ugly interiors. It's just... not Beetle-ish
oh oops I lied when I said super beetle, it says it's just a beetle
Oh. Well if you get it you'll have a similar Beetle to mine :v:
So a friend of me had my car for a while and he replaced some cables.. but i didnt expect this: [Thumb]http://i.imgur.com/l7kuD.jpg[/thumb] Fucking idiot >.< gotta replace that shit
Oh. Well if you get it you'll have a similar Beetle to mine :v:
that's my dream :D! the paint will be like yours except it will be blue with white doors instead of red with white doors

am I the only one that is OCD about keeping my dashboard covered. I'm trying to keep my dashboard crack free, a rarity for a car that old. The issue is, my mechanic has left the car out there for 3 or so days i think without a window shade. :s
