Also, I dont think that buffering it will fix it. This shit (after actually inspecting it) is down to the primer. Fuck.
Yep. Prime example of to deep. Strip,Clean, Sand, Paint, Clear. I seriously just want most of them gone. Not all. I dont own the car, I just fix the small things with it.
By the time you see this you could have gotten it off and preped it for sanding.
Yea, lets go to the police station, steal the trunk off a squad car, sand and paint it, and have it back before another officer notices. Genius.
Got a job interview tomorrow (well technically today), it's to help feed my auto addiction. Wish me luck guys!
me and iracing summed up
The same could be said about Forza 4 sometimes.
Yea, lets go to the police station, steal the trunk off a squad car, sand and paint it, and have it back before another officer notices. Genius.
don't ask how to fix it if you don't want to fix it.
on rust this little spot here, on my 1998 toyota tacoma 4x4 w/ 5speed act clutch, fidenza flywheel, lc engineering stage 2 cams, their long tube headers, their short shifter, trd lsd, no cat and a huge higher flow exhaust, amsoil stage 2 air cleaner and chopped up air box( air box dynoed better than the injen short ram i had on it), bilstein coilovers in the front and custom alcan springs in the rear with bilstein 5150's. 14" travel in the rear 10" in the front( cvs maxed out at 11.5 inches). but this spot of rust on a 285k mile truck toyota paid me 9000 bucks for. on the other side of the frame was a v shaped reinforcement for the shocks that caught everthing and caused it to rust. paid 12000 for it in 1999, so even a little spot of rust can be bad.
was on the highway today saw a pontiac grand am and get this it wasn't modified in any way except for the wheels and the wheels were specifically pulled outwards from the frame so instead of having the wheel covered by the wheel well they were halfway sticking out of the well it was ridiculous, I wish I got a picture

[editline]25th June 2012[/editline] automerge :< [editline]25th June 2012[/editline] also if you were wondering that is not the F-250 i was referencing in my above post.
Bad news, I got to go get another fuel rail because it was missing the port for the cold start injector. Fuck my life, they look so similar. And I ordered a timing belt tensioner, except when I told him it would get here next week, he gave me that face. The not so good one, so now I have to tell the guy on ebay to cancel the order, and HOPEFULLY he will do it. The good news is that I got pics: Sorry but it was really fucking rainy + cell phone.
who's the AA mod? he can't ignore us, we have 2 megathread to post our progress.. Just remember to calm down and it will be finished when all the pieces are right. :)

yeah right imagine the all pussy and thumbs-up's you'd get for driving a delorean, despite the fact that it isn't even that powerful
That amazing feel when i climb under my f250 and the body is terribly rotted and the frame is completley uncancer'd
Toyota had a buy back cause Dana didn't put a think enough undercoating on the frames, Toyota spec'd them too thin. It had no body rust. And the only bad spot was that one. When whacked with a hammer it perforated.
Good news, I got the correct fuel rail, and I exchanged without a recipt. Had to get wet in the rain doing it though.
