Who her has painted and bondo'd a car? I'm looking to do allot of bondo work and paint work. Going to do- Thinking about removing my door ding thing's. Fixing all the dents/ hail damage. Pretty much covering the whole roof in bondo due to hail damage. Applying a "bondo" type product to the rear bumper (Theres a chunk mission out of it) Removing the windshield to get to surface rust on-top of were the windshield meets the car. Doing a headlight washer delete. I don't need dat shit in Texas and those darn covers cost 20$ each! And possibly getting my Window trim, roof rack, wheels, rear tailgate chrome thing all powder coated black. Any one on helpful insight on how bondo acts on a 140*F Car in the middle of Texas heat? And how good would bondo hold up to BASS?
Probably too busy pushing out economy car # 5,000,000. What ever happened to the pure sports car, anyways? Like the FB? They still make muscle cars, but is anyone even making a genuine sports car that isn't $200,000? or an extra 0 even? [editline]17th July 2012[/editline] I can't think of anything other than my rotary blood to use as an example atm cause I'm a lazy fuck head, but i think you get what i mean.
I agree, we are missing sports cars, not saying muscles cars aren't sports cars, but there's not really anything in the price range and weight class of AE86s, Silvias, stuff like that, I really think there's quite a big market for it, just look at all the praise the BRZ/FT-86 has gotten.
If Audi alone buy's it. Were talking fun. All you would see on it would be S4,S6,RS4,RS6,R8 And Lamborghini's. Peaceful. Oh I forgot my manners. GTI's and R32's too!
Don't forget volkswagen own audi. :3 you would also see my scirocco out there.
Got into a heated argument with the service lane manager at the local 'benz dealership. Needless to say I may end up suing them.
Don't know if this is the right thread for this, but my dad's getting me a 97 Lexus ES300 soon, gold and leather. Is it a good car? It looks just like this, It was a hot car in it's days, but I don't know how good it is now.
i had one from 2001-2007 put over 100k on it loved that car. got between 23-30 mpg. mine was a 97 with the numanachi stereo, in oyster pearl, with is300 17s needed a small spacer in the rear so the tire wouldnt rub the strut. at 140mph your pushing 5400 rpm lol just do not manually shift that car, keep the oil changed, watch out for the rear motor mount and rear valve cover seal [editline]18th July 2012[/editline]
Right, I'm sure it does. Don't make me laugh, I'm sore.
go test drive a 11-13 gt bremo mustang.
hng
This is how all cars should be driven, even rare ones like this. I mean, look at their faces and hear them giggle, you can't get that if that Sonnet was sitting in the museum.
It is in the museum, they just took it out for a spin
Instead I don't have a problem with trucks fyi, i just don't like it when people get them and don't actually USE them.

If you pull forward, you better like paying for premium...
It's a small shell station. Every pump has the same 3 options. [editline]18th July 2012[/editline] but that sounds like a terrible way of doing it.
The shell in my area allows you to pump before you pay. Don't try to run without paying though, it has spikes AND those poles that shoot up from the ground.
A REALLY old couple (between 80-90ish) asked me for help at the mall. He couldn't get the car out of park, and was proclaiming the car was a peice of shit because it was built by "gooks". I asked if he was pressing the brake, and his wife started yelling at him for a good 5 minutes. FINALY I was able to get him to hold the brake and he was able to shift into reverse. At this point he backed into a concrete pole and proceded to drive 5 km/h down the street. Old people scare me.
So today my dad and I came across an addict behind the wheel of a car. He almost sideswiped my dad and rear ended me on the way back from the volvo mechanics. That was interesting, thankfully, the other drivers around us probably called the cops on him... I'm really scared as shit right now, 2 close calls within the first 2 weeks of my rebuild.

It's just a car, don't risk your life Mine was driving home in my Mazda with all female passengers from a movie. When some drunk guy was matching my speed to my right in his Ford truck. Rolled his window down and started flipping me the bird. I slowed down, he then speeded away. One of my friend called 911 and reported him.

So i decided to see if there were any blazers like mine on sale on ebay, because boredom: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1993-Chevrolet-Blazer-Cheyenne-Sport-Utility-2-Door-5-7L-/130727490281?pt=US_Cars_Trucks&hash=item1e6ff732e9#ht_500wt_1182 That poor, poor truck :( It would look 100000000x better without those lights, that stupid visor, and the stripes.
unless your car has the filler cap on the other side of the car (like me) what then
All of the cars had it on the left though, otherwise it doesn't apply. In my experience, though, is SEEMS like the majority of cars in america are like that. I don't actually know the ratio though.

Originally on the '68 Coronet you could fold down the lisence plate holder and you can fill it up from there, I thought this was the coolest freaking thing ever but that only worked with the original tank. Now we just pop open the trunk and fill er up that way, still doesn't matter which side you're on.

ive never seen this unless the car in front pulls away first

My Contour, which is sold mostly in the UK as the Mondeo, has the fuel cap on the right side. Most Jaguars have it on the right side as well, it seem, as do some of the Japanese cars like the RX7/RX8, which are sold worldwide.
