to me it seems like european cars have it on the right side, japs on the left
No My volvo had it on the left, my jeep has it on the left, my beetle has it on the right and my golf has it on the right. It's random
Originally on the '68 Coronet you could fold down the lisence plate holder and you can fill it up from there, I thought this was the coolest freaking thing ever but that only worked with the original tank. Now we just pop open the trunk and fill er up that way, still doesn't matter which side you're on.
same with the 69 camaro i think they stopped doing it because of safety issues if you get rear ended or something
our fiat has it on the left, my ae86 has it on the right, I think my bros supra had it on the left too.
our fiat has it on the left, my ae86 has it on the right, I think my bros supra had it on the left too.
My 81 Toyota pick up right. My 11 grand Cherokee left.

well then.
well then.
Audi, true dual's and filler is on right. You sir have been proven wrong!
Basically, american-made cars have it on the left, and imported cars have it on the right. Case closed.
Every import I've owned has had it on the left. Aside from my Celica. The corvette had duals and the filler was on top, in middle, near the back. :v: [editline]19th July 2012[/editline] picture of it
My dubya has it on the right
Basically, american-made cars have it on the left, and imported cars have it on the right. Case closed.
my mustang is american and it's on the right

I just think it's cool, probably wouldn't buy it. I have enough shit right now. If I were to buy another car it'd be another 'vette or a cheap cheap project.

My brothers Astro van has the W code 4.3 Always wondered why the Y pipe was fuckhuge and then choked down after the cat.
Today, after my friends funeral, my blazer wouldn't start. The fucking battery died again. Thankfully, those guardian riders (i believe that's their name, the guys who protect soldier funerals from westboro baptist.) gave me a jump from one of their trucks.
