I know right, My 2.8 Hits 7,2k in park. (The transmission wont shift near that due to its module thinks the rev limiter is at 6,8k)
I fell bad to the person that own that Engine, that to me would make me cry.
The limiter on my stock D16A6 w/turbojunk is 9k, and that's on a single cam. Jap's B17 has been beyond 9k... I don't know where the limiter on his basemap is but he's pegged his ~9.5k tach.

someone always does that. Local car shows near me have separate areas for "new" cars... waaaay at the other end of the show.

Here's a bad picture of my jeep before I put it in the show, but after the mudquest
Our local car show on Labor Day weekend usually has a respectable turnout. Pretty much 90% classic muscle cars in pristine condition, 8% classic European cars in pristine condition, 1% classic Japanese cars in pristine condition, 1% new production cars with minor aesthetic mods.

However one time a few years back there was a guy with a Gallardo (probably the only time that'll happen in my middle-of-nowhere Illinois farm town). He had LCD screens everywhere he could put them and a PS3 hooked up to the car, playing NFS. :v:
I'll dump my few photos in the pics of cars you saw thread when i get home on monday, shit paintjobs everywhere (fisheyes n orangepeels) though they're still classics.

because race car
litteraly
Well my friend sold his Jetta for a 2004 Tiburon with the V6 engine. It's a damn nice car. I'm trying to pry him for some good photos.
VW topic.
I went to my local RC airfield to BS with them.
The guy I helped get his 40% plane back home because he sold his TDI Golf.
He bought a 06? Touareg V10 TDI with upgraded KKK Turbo's with straight exhaust.
That thing looked good, had all the luxury features of a Audi and had a nice price tag.
9/10 would bang.

We'll see how fast it really is, I haven't seen it in person.
My guess is "not very."
Probably has an aftermarket fart can on it already

Tiburons are pretty fast. You just gotta drive them for a little while and wait for shit to fall off.
One might think it's poor build quality, but in actuality its a built in feature that makes the car faster by reducing weight on the fly.
