sarcasm isn't in your vocabulary is it.
Oh hey let's all explain for the one millionth time here in AA Sarcasm does not translate well in text back to GENERALLY DISCUSSING!
Well if we're generally discussing vehicles, then my vehicle is coming out of the body shop by Friday. Wednesday at the earliest. They've already fixed the damage, they just need to paint and reassemble.
$20 in the tank. Time for a hoon i say. [editline]6th August 2012[/editline] oh i got my full license on friday, forget if i posted about it. Was fun driving at 1am without a worry about a fine for being out past 11.
Sold some car parts today, and yesterday I did some work re insulating my wiring harness. Whoo

Anyone know why sometimes when I crank my car it like instantly starts but does it in succession? Like one of the cylinders starts the instant I turn the key and then the others slowly follow, it's weird. It doesn't always do it either. It's an inline 6 btw Obvious troll suspect is the battery but also coil pack maybe? edit derp
since when can you powerslide a fwd car
You sure like talking shit about things you don't understand. Since 60%+ weight over the front wheels + FWD + engine braking + turn-in = lift-off oversteer. It's the reason I have a black eye right now. The difference in "fun" you can have with either RWD or FWD is circumstantial.

I have made stuff! Now imagine these: http://puu.sh/Phfh http://puu.sh/PhfA Made of white tape and put up about like this: http://puu.sh/Phc2 And stuck on the rear side windows of the Beetle and Golf The one with flames on the Golf and the one with cogs on the Beetle

I've never thankfully owned anything fwd. out of my two car history
I've owned six cars... over the last three years and the Golf is the only FWD But it's an iconic car so it doesn't bother me <3 [editline]7th August 2012[/editline] Ford Escort XR3i, Volvo 940 GL, Jeep Cherokee Laredo, VW Beetle 1300, Jeep Cherokee Limited, VW Golf C
I've owned two cars.. a 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer and I'm currently driving an '05 Audi A4 (pre-facelift) i miss the lancer, except for the whole FWD thing :c
Why can't I find any 90's American-made cars with a manual gearbox?
Inline V6......... I... Hold on, my brain hurts.
Yeah, I derp'd. I know the difference but it's so tempting to type "V" in front of a number relating to cylinders.
Inline V6......... I... Hold on, my brain hurts.
We'll go down like RWD HEROESSSSS edit: BRAIN RODKNOCK NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
Why can't I find any 90's American-made cars with a manual gearbox?
Because trying to spice up an already unimaginably boring car like a Taurus with a manual gearbox is an exercise in futility. Only performance and econobox cars had manuals.

Well I'm going to attempt to remove and clean out my catalytic converter.. For a while now I've had a hesitation issue with the focus... at first I thought it just needed a tune up, so I changed the spark plugs, plug wires, the fuel filter, changed the ignition coil, and cleaned the injectors.. That helped a little, but the problem remained, and recently has gotten much worse. It feels like the engine's losing power, but usually only when accelerating. After much researched online, i think the next step would be to check the cat.. Since I haven't got the $300 for a new one, I'm gonna try to remove it, and soak it overnight in soapy water, then spray the insides out with a hose. Hopefully it'll loosen and remove the deposits.. If it doesn't work, I'm probably going to hollow the cat out. What could cause a cat to go so soon? It's a 2001 focus, with only 96.5K miles. Never had any oil or coolant leaks, so I doubt it's that.. Any ideas?

But what I did with mine was cut it at both ends, knocked out the shit. Put a tube threw the cat so sound wont echo inside the cat, weld the inside piping, and stick it back on. Cat's. Not needed if you know were to get your inspection done with out people checking every little thing.
