I'm pretty sure I've brought this up before but my truck has a 5 by 5.5 bolt pattern, what components would I need to change to covert to a 4.5. Older model d150s came with 5 by 4.5 bolt patterns so I could swap that way, what would I have to change though. I also want to lower my truck so I was considering either flipping the rear axle or getting lowering leafs. And for the front get a different set of lower and up control arms, ones off the dodge vans work.
A VW-site on facebook just posted this :v:
I also want to lower my truck so I was considering either flipping the rear axle or getting lowering leafs. Trucks just don't look right lowered, and it ruins the truck's ability to be a truck. 'Sides, it's already low enough as it is.
Haha, ain't it the truth. Replace the cars with anything out there these days and the image still works.
That's one of the main reasons why I don't want a new car
I never thought that Audi would brought back the 'plus' moniker. And the RS4, that too. However, I'll wait for the sedan.
Well this is the current stance:
[thumb]http://i1067.photobucket.com/albums/u423/Lawblind/78e4713b.jpg[/thumb]
And I want it to look like this
[thumb]http://i1067.photobucket.com/albums/u423/Lawblind/bfb6325e.jpg[/thumb]
Blue quote border because niceness.
Cops called this morning Said they'd take my licence if they ever see me drifting roundabouts again
Here's something of amusement for you Americans. Just checking out insurance and... 1999 Honda (Acura) Legend 19 year old male, clean licence (held for 1 & 1/2 years) with one years no claims bonus With my mother as a secondary driver. "Due to the car's high performance, we regret that we are unable to provide cover at this time."

Come over here and they'll insure you on a Bugatti Veyron without a second thought, provided you can pay for it. Is it the V6 or the I4 model? You shouldn't be doing that.

THEN THROW MUSTANG WHEELS ON IT BECAUSE BOLT PATTERN HERP. Not really but it does open a lot of choices for wheels.
Where's the fun in that? [editline]22nd February 2012[/editline] About drifting :v:

Thought it'd be surprisingly cheap because the cars surprisingly rare! Herp derp I can get an SC 300 for $350 Basically, is a 2JZ-GE worth $350? I'm sure it is. If I had something I needed a powerplant for I'd pick it up.

That might be Canada, I'm pretty sure you can't import most kei cars to the US.

I figured, being Europe and all, there'd be an I4 option that they never offered Stateside. That is really silly that they call that too high performance to insure you. I know UK's insurance companies love the silliness, claiming displacement is a relevant factor in how much you have to pay(It isn't), but geez. Insurance here is like... the more likely you are to crash/how fast it is/how much it's worth, the more your insurance costs, but they'll always provide coverage. It can just get really expensive. My friend went from $1200 a year to $2000 a year to $6000 a year after two crashes, but it went back down to $2000 when they realized one of them was not his fault. [editline]22nd February 2012[/editline]
Herp derp I can get an SC 300 for $350 Basically, is a 2JZ-GE worth $350? I'm sure it is. My friend has an Celsior (Import LS400) with one and with his muffler on it, it sounds like a fucking beast. It out-raced my friend's M5 and kept pace with a Maserati Spyder (It was my friend's dad's though [I was riding shotgun] so he didn't floor it).
I should buy this and run it into a wall, just to make Bradley weep: http://baltimore.craigslist.org/cto/2831876522.html Or buy it and actually use it, because it has the potential to be a pretty nice car. Or not buy it and actually use it, because it has no rear seats.
