Don't they overprice their junk vehicles so they can make a profit?
Thats the general idea of business.
I mean overprice like a $500 vehicle for 1k
Just took my moped for a drive... WHY YOU NO GO FASTER THAN 25MPH [t]http://www.localriders.com/photopost/data//500/FA50-01.JPG[/t] Got a few funny looks. :v:
The bus drivers are complete dicks in Estonia. Around the part where I live, the bus drivers don't even slow down when approaching a pedestrian crossing. They just completely floor it and slow down only when they're near the bus stop. Even when I'm running across the road, the fuckers honk the horn at me and forget they have these things called "BRAKES".
I took this photo on the way to my next duty station in Hohenfels, Germany. [img_thumb]http://i.imgur.com/LkBrL.jpg[/img_thumb]
Got a text from my friend that knows that ive been down for a wile. He's been bugging me over getting the cabby going. "Ur in your car it's quite cool morning you put the top down, you start the car destroying the quite as it rumbles to life. The smell of exhaust fills the air, you rev it a few times then take off leaving smoke and the smell of burnt rubber in your wake. Go make it happen." WERE DID I PUT THAT GREEN TOOLBOX!
Got new tires for my Avalon today, ~$430. Mid-range Cooper tires. The guy said that the alignment on all of my wheels was way off. Each wheel was pointing in a slightly different direction at a slightly different camber, so the steering was like a '50s Cadillac and it would veer when going over bumps. Now that I've got the new tires on, it's quieter, feels less scary when going around corners quickly, and the alignment means I no longer have to constantly adjust the steering wheel. :v:
Really late to the party, but I drive a '99 Avalon myself. Got it with 55k miles on it, all in good working order. Fucking love that car.
I went to Indonesian International Motor Show yesterday. i'll post pics in the next few hours
Whoa whoa whoa, are you in Indonesia? Shit man, that's where I was born.
Useless rice spoiler for a front wheel drive. Come on dude, save money for future upgrades. Looks will come later I'm itching to buy this fender for $200 to replace my smashed one. But I have to buy a racing radiator first, :)
20 bucks for an OEM spoiler that you think is ricey? shit dude that's not ricey at all it's low profile and accentuates the spaceship style design [editline]21st September 2012[/editline] and besides everyone knows shiban hates spoilers because spiders live under them
If someone offered you a highly payed job to drive a car with an unknown object in the trunk from point A to point B without opening the trunk, would you do it? I'd do it. [sp]Question shamelessly stolen from the Airsoft subforum[/sp] which I guess [sp]is a reference to Transporter[/sp]
Fuck yeah I'd do it.
Man, I totally would. If over 40$ hr and offered a "window".
wouldn,t go thru borders and customs
Thermal, you don't have to be afraid of those silly american custom officer, they're just thinking you are guilty of something when you cross them because you are french and stuff :3
If they give me advance funds and a team to swap in a stroker then fuck yeah

Oh man I love engine braking. It's one of the semi-cool things you can do on both a manual and automatic transmission :v:
When I put my truck in drive and go down hill, it will go no faster than 45. 35 for 2nd, and I'm fairly certain it's around 25 for 1st gear. [editline]22nd September 2012[/editline] And yeah, makes a cool noise and stuff.
Old man came into work today with a pristine SC400. Panicking about an oil cap that was missing since he is supposed to travel somewhere far. Our stupid system doesn't list anything for his 2JZ Lexus, but I looked the part number under a Supra and found his cap. He was really happy
curious changed out my battery on tuesday, right yesterday was the first time I really got to drive it since, and going to my friend's house, the headlights were flickering a bit - but nothing else was - and the turn signals were ticking about 20% faster. on the way home it was perfectly fine. could one of my terminals be loose? I'm afraid that since I have those felt corrosion protectors on there that the terminals are too high on the post and are much easier to knock loose. it's most likely my positive terminal by the way. I didn't replace that and I hammered it on because the nut was frozen. but it was solid, couldn't rotate it or anything. I did check to make sure they weren't loose after I got home

The SC400 is the 1UZ-FE, a 4.0 liter V8. Hence the name, SC400.
