My cherokee runs! Actually it's been pretty problem free for months now
I finally got to take my license test today, and failed. I'm glad after 11 months of waiting it paid off.
My cherokee has a truck bed
My cherokee has a back seat :smug:
Went go-karting with a few buddies this weekend. One of us uploaded the videos we made with his gopro. Me @ :37-1:07.

Tons of fun, the karts had ~12hp and had top speeds of 55+ mph. I'd only driven electric cars before this, definitely a different experience.

I hate being the last post on a page. Anyways, the guy said i failed because i cut every single left hand turn, and i didn't. I know i didn't because i hate people who cut corners. It's possible i cut one, but not every single one. He was a dickhead the whole time, so i'm not surprised -_-. I feel a little better now, i didn't a nice little handbrake slide onto my street in the little gravel patch that's there. I'm suppose to try again on friday, hopefully i can finally get this bull shit taken care of so i don't have to worry about it anymore.

Lancia Betas totally didn't have a rust problem...

It's one big issue with my Jeep
We took the radiator out of it to fix the black Jeep which I sold.
Anyone from the US, I need your help. After exhausting my searches I am looking for you to find me a vehicle.
The rules are simple:
Must be in US
Must be 4WD/AWD
Preferred Year 2000+ (not required)
The budget is 3500 USD. I know its a small budget but shit, im in High school.
The vehicle has to get through MN winters.
You'll be hard pressed to find something newer than 2000 for $3500 that is also 4WD/AWD and can
handle winter well. Trucks are always in demand for labourers/winter drivers, and even moreso for
4WD cars and SUVs.

High KMs but it's a Hilux which are damn close to as reliable as it gets. Depending on how inclined you are, you can fix this thing with your basic tools almost all the time.
"Hit a small deer" is a little sketchy though. If there's no structural damage, it could be good to talk down the price based on that.
Otherwise, Ford Ranger.

My radiator got replaced 3 years ago and it's ok now. Do you just need a radiator?
Yeah it just needs a radiator to run again but I can't afford to drive it anymore anyway since I started school and couldn't keep the job I had...
So I'm selling it as a bunch of parts and not really as a car. It's also got a hell of a lot of electrical problems which I can't be bothered fixing but if anyone buys it they can do whatever they want. Either get it back on the road or just use parts from it on another Cherokee

how the fuck do people fail their driving test? fucking sped kids from school even had their licenses.
how the fuck do people fail their driving test? fucking sped kids from school even had their licenses.
I failed my first because the car rolled a few centimeters at a red light. I didn't have any other fault than that. Nailed it the second time though
I failed my first time because some jackass came around a corner doing 60km/h in the insurance parking lot. Had to slam the brakes which is considered a fail because I should "be driving defensively so I shouldn't need to slam the brakes". ???

Are Cherokees common over there? Or like American cars in general
Lancia Betas totally didn't have a rust problem...
French cars stand up quite well to the rust. In the 90s they used to undercoat the shit out of their cars which has managed to hold off the rust much better than most cars of the time. Quite often see Pug 306s driving round and the car is a complete heap but no signs of rust.
Also, insta-karma
