Even with the Golf as a replacement for the Jeep I have to use 100% of all the money I get each month on petrol so I can go to school. Very fun [editline]9th March 2012[/editline] I wish I was American
I'm glad my car is very efficient. But at £1.43/l for diesel... egh. They were saying on the radio last night that for someone in full time employment. After the UK government have lined their pockets with tax you end up paying £104 per £24 of actual fuel.
Americans. How do you pronounce Scion? It's always confused me but the other day in my studies I came across the Scion again! (A Scion is part of a plants reproductive system...fyi) I'm accusing it pronounced "Ski - on"? Like, on ski's.
Sigh on.
Sigh on.
this is the correct way. my neighbors keep pronouncing it "skyon" and its like no science isn't pronounced skyence
I've done like 6 handbrake drifts today (It's been very rainy, so i imagine it hasn't been too hard on my tires.) I wish they made honda civics rwd, i'd probably take every corner with opposite lock(not really, but still.)
Been drifting my Honda with tyte JDM skillz today! There's a really long, wide right hand bend on the way to work and you can see if it's clear from a long way away so picking up the speed to about 50 in 2nd, throw it in and lift off the throttle and let the back come right round before mashing the throttle again to straighten up. All the girls at the sandwich van were creaming themselves. I've never had a proper drift going in a RWD car before, I've been driving a friend's BMW 328 a few times where the back stepped out and I corrected it but I never meant to get the back out. Is it easier or harder to manage than lift off oversteer in a longer drift? With my car if things start going wrong just ease on the accelerator and the back pulls back in... With a RWD I'd have thought it would be harder to catch? Maybe lift off the gas a bit?
I'm glad my car is very efficient.
My car is kinda efficient. It's just that it runs only when it's warm so I have to sit in it for 10 minutes every morning and rev the engine until it actually runs on its own [editline]9th March 2012[/editline] When I get the Beetle out I can actually start working on the Golf's engine. Then it should run
Lately I've been seriously considering trading my jag in for a W8 4wd Passat wagon.
Lately I've been seriously considering trading my jag in for a W8 4wd Passat wagon.
But it's a Jaaaaaaaaaaaag.
Does anyone here read Portuguese? I got this random email, this was the doc inside. https://docs.google.com/open?id=1tC78LHHnBsAlH38fPC-djGdIOyfRMdmYnCynb0mO3OCZYN1ciC9f1Wv-QdQ4 Is that a resume? (The email wasn't suspicious, which is why I opened it in the first place then viewed in Google docs).
Based on logical reasoning and my very basic knowledge of Spanish, I'd say it's a resume
-turn on tcs for first time in months -stomp throttle to make a left turn through break in traffic -LOL UNDERSTEER -nearly a curb and now tcs stays off again.
Finally pulled my ABS fuse out.
Finally pulled my ABS fuse out.
I kinda want to put a ABS killswitch on my Comanche for when i drive it in the snow
Do it, it's easy to do :v: I just wanted to get completely rid of the silly ABS in my ride, was tired of the buzzing and the pedal acting on its own. If I ever want it back on, I'll just stick one of my hundreds of 10a fuse back in, and well, make sure to fix my solder on the bearing plug back.
;_; cut the cat off the jeep holy fucking hell that sounds beastly i was like i wonder how much louder it will be turn key O_O whyboner.jpg etc etc
The one thing duct tape can't fix in my car: the hood latch. No matter how many pieces I tape they always fall off in a few days. Every time I open my hood that piece of shit rod is just chillin near my fan and makes me almost have a heart attack
I can't wait for the summer, I have my summer tire set to burn up totally, so it gives me a reason to get new rims and tires.
great the title to my truck is ~<missing>~ so i wont be able to get my blazer for a while longer. Why must there always be a downside? :(

Hola fuckers. Long time no see. Can someone who knows a ton about subwoofers message me, or at least point me in the direction of someone who does?
hey babby did you make your explorer sexy as fuck with offroad bling blingage yet?
Im taking a great poop atm. In other news, I like to race everyone I see even though a lot of people will beat me. Today I raced a Mercedes s class. Totally kicked his ass

Anyone know if it's safe to mix 85 and 91 octane fuel? I've wanted to try 91 because it's probably hell of a lot better, but I don't want to empty out/ burn through the 85 that's currently in my tank
hey babby did you make your explorer sexy as fuck with offroad bling blingage yet?
What'supsexi. No sir. I literally ditched all those plans cause there were some issues with my job that came about. Sucks, but I probably avoided spending a buttload of cash.
Still wheelin it though I assume? I finally bought a 4x4 (project) And then I bought another one :v:

I'd say wait until you need to fill up again and THEN fill up with 91. That's what i did when i switched, i ran it down to right above empty instead of refueling at 1/4 and filled it with 91, i noticed a bit of a difference. [editline]9th March 2012[/editline] you don't need to empty it out or just burn right through it, just drive normal and as you get to the point where you normally fill it up, put the 91 in instead. Just you know, don't fill up with 91 once you get half a tank. It won't hurt anything if that's what you mean, but it would kinda be a waste of money if you think about it.
