So apparently this is how my old friends in Tennessee play pranks on each other.

Not sure what to think.
I went to the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, MI today as part of a field trip with my AP History class. Of course my first order of business was to check out the car history. Brought home a few pics you guys might like. Sorry for the last two images being blurry; My phone doesn't have a flash so when the lighting is off, pictures turn out really blurry.
You were like, a literal 5 minutes from my house. Come fix my Cobra ;)
If I knew how to fix a Cobra, I would have.
[editline]12th April 2012[/editline]
Also, we probably passed your house. On our way there, we got off the highway and cut through a residential area which our teacher dubbed a "short-cut".

Probally got off at I-94 and Southfield? Then cut through the residential area onto rotunda.. If so, then yeah, you went RIGHT past my house.
i can sense when a facepuncher is nearby

These 80's Nissan 300ZX's are in the same price range as the 240's in my area. Thoughts? There's a turbo one selling for under $2000 should I bite. Pikachu mobile has no reply or the old 240 :(
I'm afraid they were just practical jokes

I remember GM really worked their ass off to buy these cars back and crush em all
Also, Ive decided that i'm going to go with FI instead of NA (Im getting a turbo) I can deal with turbo lag but not lack of hp. Now all i need is a car...
Ok so I've finally the sound that I LOVE. Its what I call the "boat motor"

It's a 305 with cat delete, short tube headers and flowmasters (which is all I got from the guy) the mustang has a 281 which isn't that much smaller than the 305 so I bet I could have that sound too.
heres a comparison!

Yup, that's the way we went.

Yeah, when I was looking at it, the guy standing next to me said he was surprised to see one that wasn't crushed. I think the car also runs. I had asked a lady who was doing a tour if the vehicles in the museum functioned and she said if they did a basic maintenance, every one of the vehicles in the museum would run.
[editline]12th April 2012[/editline]
Which I thought was pretty cool.

Weird car, but I kinda like the interior for some reason.
Looks like an old ride at Disney representing the future

You say that as if you've ever actually owned one, rather than you know...Going off others' "experiences". Mine has 152k original miles, with no work ever being done to the engine, and yet the throwout bearing (clutch) was the first thing to go/is the first thing being replaced. With everything being original.
Hm...
And yet I've seen new cars already breaking down and losing their engines? HMM....

I tried to get an interior pic also, but the rope had me too far away.

Everyone who ever owned one loved it too.

Like fucking clockwork. :v:
Messing with you is just too easy.
Also apex seals.
Finally replaced my hood rod clip! No longer will my car make an annoying metallic rattling sound at random times and make my car sound like junk :v:
It was a giant pain in the ass to change it though. I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy to change one, it would be just too evil :v:

Sorry, forgot i wasn't allowed to defend what i like, won't happen again :D
[editline]12th April 2012[/editline]
Also, I've got a rattling sound coming from my front drivers side wheel area, meaning every bump that tire hits something rattles. That assuming same thing also makes a fairly audible click when i release the brakes, which leads me to believe it's something involving the brakes making these sounds, but i was just investigating it this last weekend and couldn't find anything that was loose or could be making said sounds. Any ideas?
Should I get a switchblade key?

chrome 4x4 badges from autozone
glue on hood scoop
glow in the dark license plate screws
JDM honda badge
Type-R badge
Cupholders. I always buy cupholders.

glow in the dark license plate screws sounds pretty cool actually

What are you guy's views on fully digital dashboards.. I want one so badly. (mostly because my gas gauge is so inaccurate.)
What are you guy's views on fully digital dashboards.. I want one so badly. (mostly because my gas gauge is so inaccurate.)
I like analog gauges, but that's just me. Digital ones seem to lag, and i hate instead of counting faster, they jump numbers.
Digital gauges? fuck that shit.
Analog to digital gauges!
Dat needle sweep when you turn on the car. hnnnnnnnnngg
Got me a 2012 Mazda 5 door today, got it in that blue color that is their signature color.
Got rid of my old f150 and get to enjoy nice gas-mileage while having a fully loaded car.
Happy as can be.
