District 9 Aliens look worse than outdoor cats
paranormal activity it was a fucking joke
oh and The Hurt Locker it was so awful
Watchmen. Most of the runtime was centered around the two most dull characters in movie history having sex (I don't even remember their names). The script was pretty terrible, with it's cliche "I hate humanity. Oh, you're right, I'll save them now" The opening was far too long, and it's ideas were incredibly pretentious. It also had one of the most dumb endings for such an 'iconic' piece of media. I did love the scenes involving the ink-spot guy, however. A little OTT, but his story was pretty well written and good fun to watch.
Lord of the Rings - trilogy, awaiting for dumb ratings. :v: I just don't like fantasy movies.
Lord of the Rings - trilogy, awaiting for dumb ratings. :v: I just don't like fantasy movies.
I hated them too.
Inglorious Basterds. Quentin Tarantino has made some decent movies in the past, but with this one I felt it was way too fucking overhyped. It was just boring. First 20 minutes was cool though. Zombieland. It was a fucking road trip movie with a love story attached to it. The intro and the ending was only the good parts. Everything between that was complete bullshit. 300 I'm not much of a fan of vikings and shit. Tropic Thunder It was boring. last scenes were OK.
the hangover
2001, some parts were good, most were stretched out way too much and the ending took me days to figure out.
what the fuck [editline]07:24PM[/editline]
I remember watching the Starwars prequel-trilogies as a kid and I thought it was the best thing I ever saw... I saw Revenge of the Sith like a week ago... I was disappoint.
That's pretty much what they were designed to do. Get kids hooked on the fancy special effects and swordplay and sell them a shitload of toys, games, novels, comics and other assorted merchandise.
nobody loved alien resurrection
3 was bad enough
Anything with a shit load of CGI really. Also I really didnt like ANY of the Star Wars, Star Trek or Star Shit.
Avatar and Harry Potter
I want to say Citizen Kane but I really didn't hate it. I could never find time to watch it and when I did I found it so boring I just turned it off.
District 9. Major let-down for me but it wasn't as bad the second time I watched it.
oh and The Hurt Locker it was so awful
This.
http://www.redlettermedia.com/phantom_menace.html http://www.redlettermedia.com/clones.html lol [editline]01:15AM[/editline] basically the dude very carefully explains why your opinion is wrong
Believe it or not, I've actually already seen those videos and found they were quite funny. I generally agree with him on most points too. It doesn't really change my preference over which set of movies I'd rather watch. I don't really care for the "romantic" parts of either set of movies. I watch if for the action and adventure. In my mind, the newer movies offer better action and adventure than the originals, even if the plot is half-baked and some of the acting wooden. To put it bluntly, regardless of how critics of all calibers regard the two sets of movies, I am more entertained and inclined to watch the newer films.
The Big Lebowski. Just kidding I fucking love that movie.
Lord of the Rings.
Agreed with the Hurt Locker. "Oh shit they have to do something but something bad might happen, cue 20 minutes of cutting between them working and people watching them until all the tension wears off."
Twilight. Avatar. My work here is done.
A few of my friends say that The Last Airbender is "Epic" :bang:
Lord of the Rings - trilogy, awaiting for dumb ratings. :v: I just don't like fantasy movies.
You see i dont mind people saying i dont like Lord of the rings because its not my type of moive thats totaly fair, but saying I dont like lord of the rings because its too slow!!! seriously?
Transformers 2.
The older James Bond. The ones that were between 1969-1985. I did not like them.
Zoolander
The Big Lebowski. Just kidding I fucking love that movie.
I was about to beat the shit out of you.
The Road, It was a good movie but I felt like it was a little dragged on at some parts, also whats with them NEVER explaining [sp]why the world is destroyed!?[/sp]
The Exorcist. What a bore.
Jaws 3D
So because you can't pay attention means the movie is bad.
People didn't come in here so you could tell them their opinions are wrong. They came in here to post a movie they didn't like that everyone else did.
