Just wondering, have you checked the teamviewer logs for any details on your scammers IP? Maybe he was stupid enough to not use a proxy.

It only seems to log IPs when you're directly connected to each other, it won't show if it's using the TeamViewer proxy (e.g. behind a strict firewall). The guy is smart though, I'll give him that, so I reckon he was probably using a proxy either way. At the end of the day though I haven't lost any money, even if I did get my PayPal and bank accounts fucked over. I've got a new bank account now but I'm going to avoid PayPal like the plague unless I really have to use it, in which case I'll use someone else's account.
