Doing that now. The rating system will have a category rating. If the category rating has more then 5-6 votes I will have it moved automatically. Ill add a setting so either I go off an IP or a special cookie that will let me make it instant if I want. Too lazy to create an admin login panel. I can, I am just too lazy.
I am going to add a Trashcan category for stuff like screamers where if the category that won is Trashcan it wont be deleted, but it will be a sort of "Don't Enter" filter you can set if you really want the worst.
