There isn't a number that gets you a permaban. It's mainly the discretion of the moderator banning you. If you've been banned several times and you continuously break the same rules, chances are you're going to be perma'd.

I said 'eat a dick' and got a permaban, then the next day Frank_West said 'suck a dick' and got nothing. Both were in In The News.
