How did VNL became a mod?

Hezzy made her a GD mod at first I believe. She was later promoted to Super Mod.

Is there any way I can acquire the old Sell/Trade thread icons? Wayback Machine doesn't have the marketplace, and I only found the Buy icon.

Warnings would be for minor stuff, letting people know that if they continue what they're being warned about, they'll be banned.
