No. I should have said use PMs or the RC. The point being this thread is "ask us about the forums", not "dispute people's bans".

This can happen if at sometime you have logged in on the same IP as a permabanned user. Moderators are happy to look at this, if a post is made about it in the RC. However - security and the use of proxies are your responsibility, and posting on the same IP as a troll is a risk you take if you don't have a static IP that is tied only to you. Posting from schools, colleges and workplaces in particular carries a high risk.

Even though it is literally asking about the forums, the question being "how is that bannable"? This is the only thread where you can point out the disagreeable actions of some of the mods since the feedback thread went.
Though the exact language you were using here and in the RC seemed to put the idea across that gngbng was an alt of mine? What made you think that exactly? (another question).
Steve UK I have already said twice, both here and in the refugee camp (gngbng's thread that you had posted in) that I don't think you're gngbng and I apologised to you as well in the refugee camp. What is the matter, why are you so upset that a parody of your name wasn't banned straight away (the post by SteveUGay was made after I had banned gngbng by the way)? It was only a typical facepunch joke of the type we all get to be the butt of from time to time.
I'll ask about a new feedback thread if you'd like one, but this is NOT the feedback thread and is for questions about the forums, not about the mod team's individual bans.
