Going for handsome instead, not sure if it works. I mean, what can I do, I just don't have the physique and body template. Getting to look girly is more about hair, if you grow your hair out with a disregard for the rest of your body then you'll end up looking like a angst-filled stoner metalhead.
You got to work out and keep a good diet. I just started working out recently and I'm beginning to see the first results, it gets much easier if you exercise regularly enough.

I already have a relatively girlish body, I'm just waiting for my hair to agree with me more. And I don't really work out, but I keep a decent diet and I do a lot of cardio.
People confuse me for a girl sometimes so I guess whatever I'm doing is working.
I don't even wish to be girly. I just want to be attractive to girly guys.. or just guys who share the same interests as me. Personality is better than looks imo. But everybody has their own likings I guess, there never is any way to sway a certain group of people just by changing your appearance. For some reason, the only people that have hit on me on dating sites so far are muscular black dudes and feminine latino bears, along with a cute 4'10 arab dude.
