There are kits to mold human penises into dildos and I imagine you could replace "human penis" with "pretty much anything that fits into the tube" if you want to do silicone stuff, or you can ask the guys at the warhammer thread on how to mold solid stuff. I saw an entire army cloned from a single soldier figurine guy where the main materials for the mold enclosures were cardboard and rubberbands there. :v:
