Corgis are just a passing phase. Shibas stand the test of time. Shibas are forever, like the horizon.

What do you eat and drink mainly anyway? If you drink a lot of fizzy drinks, then I guess you could stop that?

Start running/biking a lot preferably biking because running is hard on legs and do a lot of it. (I did 5 miles a day of running)
Also stop drinking pop/soda/carbonated shit even if its diet because that will make you feel like shit while you workout and if you start eating healthy you will feel like you have more energy.
aka stop eating so many damn cookies and instead have a healthy cooked meal.
lol does frozen food count as anything near healthy most of the time, I have no idea.
I just eat fish all the time tbh

(not a health nut btw, just skinny person)

Part of the problem is that organic, healthy food is expensive as shit, but the unhealthy stuff is cheap. I also feel really self-conscious about working out, too.
But besides that I think I could start biking. There's a long stretch of road around my town, down Rheem Blvd and then around Moraga. A's my house, and it's about 4 miles or so.

Would biking around that once a day or so be a good start?
I lost about 10lbs in a month by longboarding a mile or so every day.
[sp]Then lost about 35lbs in the same time by having the sexytimes every day.[/sp]
Yeah go for it and don't worry about being seen working out. Whenever most people see someone out of shape working out they probably feel like cheering them on.
Also I wasn't talking about organic stuff for food or eating salads for every meal psshh I wouldn't touch that stuff. More so instead of eating one of those easy to make meals or something frozen from the store. Go make a sandwich or make a proper meal like spaghetti.
Diet is another issue.
My parents rarely go out to buy groceries, usually buying essentials (milk, eggs, ingredients for shit I can't make because I am a shitterible cook). I am pretty picky, don't have much money for healthy food, and junk food is cheap, so... :C
I need you guys to suggest some food I can pick up so I can stop being fat.

Oatmeal is good and cheap enough, start your day with it and you'll be pretty energetic. Also, get celery. As I said earlier, your body will burn more calories digesting celery than ingesting it, and to me it's decently filling too. Snack on fruit if you get hungry too, bananas, apples, whatever. I don't know of anything else that's healthy and cheap, but that's a good rotation of affordable not-awful food I personally eat.
But I still like gross fat food.
What's a good way to limit myself so I can still have a liiiiitle bit of junk, but stay relatively healthy?
Yeah Milk don't worry about how you look working out. I don't.
By the way what's your weight right now Milk?
I'm a bit over 350lbs, so there's some incentive for anyone wanting to loose weight.
I replaced 5 blocks of chocolate a week with museli bars, and started skating
Gonna guess I've lost at least 5 - 10kg just doing that
also don't forget that the muscle you gain from working out also affects your weight, so don't be disappointing when you see how you're doing, because you might have just lost the weight in the arms and replaced them with some muscle.

Everything is fine in moderation. Having something unhealthy here and there won't ruin anything as long as it's no longer the majority of your diet, hell I just had a bigass pizza tonight from a good pizzeria right down the street from me. :v:
Maybe to start, have something you usually like every 3 days or so? It's up to you really, it's okay to start slow and ease yourself into eating healthier. Whatever works best for you. Just make sure you work up to having your diet generally healthy with an occasional unhealthy thing here and there.
Oh, and when I was getting into fitness, I started with this very simple, easy to get into 100 pushup program: http://hundredpushups.com
I'd recommend starting slow with that, incorporate running/biking into your routine as well. Getting some cardio and pushups done should tone you up and slim you down a respectable amount, and it's easy to get into.

Heh so the half pizza I had the other day that added up to 2000 calories was good in moderation?
Also yes earth-downs are a very good work out 100x better than bench pressing especially if you do progressive push ups.
Hitler had balls.
I wouldnt even be able to nod if someone asked me if I was willing to send like 50 - 70 million to die

You should work out.
For inspiration, here's a friend of mine who weighed 300+ back when we went to high school together (literally almost double my weight), and now he's is skinnier and more ripped than me.

Goddamn son, I thought I was big.
Well, I'm working on losing weight right now myself. I hope I can follow through on my goals.
Good luck with yours.
Sushi turned into getting called off to work for two hours and apologizing for it.
That sucks.
I'm gonna see if he doesn't mind me coming by once he's done doing some stuff around his place.
